I have dealt with Lee when booking cruises for a few years. He booked our latest cruise and was efficient and very helpful dealing with our request promptly and efficiently. He has sent all information through via e mail and the documentation was very clear with extra information on the area we are to visit which was a brilliant added extra.

Avoid.
Refused to return deposit of £180
Even though they booked a holiday I did NOT request. It was the wrong hotel , wrong country!!
They advised me to lose my deposit and book direct with easy jet online, as the holiday I saw was £850. , travel 1st quoted £1450 for exact same holiday!! Their rep stated I would always pay more if booking through them Avoid
