A group of 4 of us used Trainseurope for the first time at the end of Sept 24. Our route took us from our local train station in the uk right through to Grindelwald Switzerland. It all worked out brilliantly We recieved a detailed timetable as well as advice should we miss a train or get delayed. The Flexi Interail pass was so easy to use and for train travel to Jung Frau Joch did not need to be activated but gave us 25% discount on the cost. Fas answered any queries really quickly. The cost for using Trainseurope was a little more than organising the trip for ourselves but worth every penny. We will definitely be using them again for peace of mind

Today I experienced the great service of Fas of Trainseurope Ltd. In need of special tickets for continental Europe to Britain travel that could not be provided neither in Germany nor in France, I mailed to him and received the highly wished tickets in minutes. Should you be looking to let the train take the strain then we cannot recommend Fas highly enough to arrange your trip. Four of us travelled from London St Pancras via Amsterdam and Innsbruck to Seefeld Austria. It was simply the most wonderful relaxed way to travel. Fas had booked our group of 4, 2 double en suite compartments for the Nightjet sleeper train. On arrival/departure we were given small bottles of sparkling wine/water/snacks/eye masks and prior to arriving in Innsbruck/Amsterdam served breakfast in our carriage. Great to be able to have your own shower and toilet facilities so whilst trains can seem a little more expensive than flights, you're saving on hotel accommodation. All the timings of the trains arranged by Fas worked perfectly and even given the RMT strike which was on the day of our Eurostar departure it ran to schedule which Fas had already reassured us would be the case. All four of us who regularly fly felt the train was a much better way to experience travel. Less hassle, queues, restrictions , greener more sociable and relaxing. Definitely the way forward. As we are all retired clearly time is not an issue so not practical for those working looking to maximise their time at the ultimate destination. Thank you Fas for all your work in putting our trip together and delivering such an excellent experience for us all. Will definitely be returning to you for our next European trip.

Top quality service received from Trains Europe (Fas). Fas responded very quickly to my initial request (30 minutes) and all tickets were sorted out within the next hour. That same evening I realised I had made a huge error with my bookings (I booked one week too early - this was totally my fault as I confirmed the date several times to Fas), but to my huge surprise, Fas helped me sort this error out at 10pm the very same evening. Highly recommended.

I'll can easily confirm many of the reviews here. Fas offered brilliant, calm, and knowledgable service - at a time when we were in a real last-minute jam. With a wedding, an interrail ticket and no idea how to sort out all seat reservations! Fas took our rough plan, and made it a reality! He offered solutions to all the problems we encountered and we worked together to find out what would work. ...The sooner you speak to Fas the better!
