I cannot praise Catherine enough for all her expertise and advice in helping us choose our special family holiday. Catherine went over and above with her help and care, from start to finish , answering any queries I had, making me feel confident with my holiday choice and plans, right up until we went away.
Catherine recommended Meedhupparu island in the Maldives, then 4 nights at the Atlantis in Dubai to break up the journey coming home . It was absolutely fantastic for us as a family with two young. teenagers. Total paradise and plenty to do as-well as total relaxation. Then the fun of Dubai before heading home.
I felt in safe hands with Catherine’s choice for us and would definitely use St. Albans Trailfinders again.
I would 100% recommend and would go back to Meedhupparu in a heartbeat.

Myself & partner booked our long-awaited dream holiday last September with Laura B from the St Albans branch. Laura was extremely knowledgeable about Bali and informed us about the best locations to visit. She was friendly and helpful whilst planning our itinerary. Where to go for sightseeing or restaurants to visit. Down to what to do activities we could do within a realistic time frame, to create the holiday we'd wanted.
Laura even contacted us multiple times after booking our holiday, to ensure we had arranged everything Trailfinders couldn't: Visas, Travel Vaccinations, etc. I had used STA to travel Aus & NZ in the past and I did not receive this sort of customer service, who went above and beyond!

Brilliant branch - team, and company. Saul helped me enormously with figuring out my “I’ve got flights to NYC” quandary. That was my starting point and although I had some ideas, Saul spent time with me teasing out options and different things to try. It made holiday planning so much more enjoyable and I had the added benefit of knowing there were certain assurances from the TF brand. I put my faith in them (never booked with them, or anyone else, before) and I loved every minute of the trip. From the 5* hotel in NYC to the RV road trip around New England. I will be booking my holidays again with TF.

My husband and I were planning a trip to see our grown up children, who are currently working and living in Sydney. Whilst we were 'over that way', we also wanted to do the highlights of New Zealand's South Island. We spent over 3 hours on the phone discussing destination, transport and accommodation options and by the end of the call, Richard had devised me a tailor made itinerary incorporating all of the 'must see' places and activites on my list. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I feel confident that we will have an amazing time due to his expertise.
