We booked with Trailfinders so that I would have a point of contact because of the current COVID situation and it might prove difficult when arranging tickets to return to Australia.

They seem like a good agency but when looking for support for budget backpacker travel this wasn’t something within their remit. I give a good review as they were partially helpful but there wasn’t any option for what I was looking for.
