I’d just like to say a big thank you for our holiday to Thailand. The flights and transfers were so smooth and stress free. The hotels really nice and friendly staff and the trips out super enjoyable and fun. We loved our Bangkok exploration with Ken, cooking class and elephant sanctuary in Chiang mai and boat tour in Koh Samui. Will definitely be using Trailfinders again. And thank you again for sorting out a brill holiday!

I consulted with Trailfinders to book my dream trip to Japan this year.
The whole trip was expertly crafted to my wishes, focusing on the places I wanted to visit and was mostly self guided with a few tours booked in. I booked my first holiday with trail finders in Leeds to Mexico for 10 nights all inclusive to the Viceroy Riviera Maya. There was an error made with my booking by the advisor (just human error it happens) which I won't go into details about. We realised this about a month or less before we were due to travel so I was absolutely panicking. I contacted them straight away they looked in to the matter and confirmed it was their error and made sure it was all sorted putting my mind at rest. The way a company manages situations like this speaks volumes about them and I honestly can say they were amazing, putting me first, admitting the error and putting it right. They could have cancelled my holiday and gave me a full refund but they chose not to. I will book with Trailfinders again as they really looked after me and I was a new customer. Thanks so much to the managers in Leeds.

Huge shoutout to Russ for helping us arrange the best holiday and honeymoon of our lives.

We popped into Trailfinders last year just to figure out potential options for a trip we had in mind for our belated honeymoon; a roadtrip up the East Coast of the US.

Russ was so diligent and knowledgable that we ended up paying the deposit and getting the trip booked. We had an idea of the bones of the trip but Russ helped bring it to life with stops in places that we wouldn't have even known about, and yet were our favourite places on the trip.

We had the absolute trip of a lifetime and I'm so grateful to Russ for helping us make it happen.

On top of the booking service and arranging the perfect itinerary, Trailfinders were also fantastic in moving & upgrading one of our stays due to construction in the original hotel, and were readily available via Whatsapp for the whole trip.

In short, wouldn't hesitate to use Trailfinders again (we're already plotting our next idea to bring to Russ). Absolutely fantastic!

Loved, loved, loved our experience here. Finding where to go and having a bespoke holiday put together based on the collective knowledge of seasoned travellers was fantastic and beat the hell out of piecing together a holiday online. Definitely a must for the time poor adventurer.
