Popped in while visiting the food market. Everyone is really friendly and it's great to be able to actually sit down and have a proper, in-depth conversation with someone like the old days. The staff are EXTREMELY knowledgeable and happy to take their time planning out holidays properly. So much easier than booking everything separately, they take the complexity away with an easy app that tells you everything you need to know about transfers and when things are happening. You are also protected against things going wrong, which is worth a lot. Makes life a lot easier when you are travelling.

We didn't have an appointment but we popped into the Kingston store on a Friday early evening and met Alice who sat us down and asked what we wanted. Her knowledge of the area we were travelling to was really impressive and she gave us a suggested itinerary. We then spoke to Alice on the phone a few times to tweak it and then went back to see her to finalise everything. She understood what we wanted from the trip and she knew how to deliver it within budget. First class service, thank you.
