Trailfinders was a pathetic experience. All they had to do was book a Eurostar and two hotels. There were errors every step of the way.

I paid for a business Eurostar and they booked me in economy.
They didn’t book the Eurostar in time and the ticket prices went up.
The hotels were booked under the wrong name.
My hotel vouchers were not attached to their
Trailfinders platform which was filled with bugs.

When I called them - they kept me on hold forever. I used Trailfinders as I was traveling with an elderly person and a baby and needed some support. What a mistake. This was truly pathetic service and I will never use them again.

Nurse Poppy was fantastic. Would recommend for travel vaccines. I was recommended the travel clinic through work for some vaccines. It became apparent during talking with Poppy that I required additional treatment as I was at risk due to a pre-exposure. The team was quick to get me all sorted and was super informative.

I was shown to a travel consultant within 5 minutes of going in to the store. He was very helpful and spent an hour and a half with me putting together a fairly detailed holiday itinerary at a realistic price. Knowledgeable and experienced.

We have just returned from our trip to South Africa and Mauritius. I booked it over a year ago and am really impressed with the whole experience. We had five flights in total all with pick ups from the airport to resorts. Everything ran perfectly. No issues whatsoever. Highly recommended

From my recent experience with this company - I wouldn't recommend them. Over priced, inflexible and only interested in meeting the budget exactly or exceeding it.

If you're exploring an island and will be away from the hotel for the majority of it - we simply do not need a 4 star hotels. We enquired on a 2 week tour of Sri Lanka and they could only offer 4 star hotels along our route of the cultural triangle and in the south of the island.

After we asked our contact to find more reasonable hotels (without private pools!) we no longer heard from them. Twice they failed to call us back. Not good.

Not great. Met by a barrage of questions, was seated in a room that did not seem terribly busy for too long. No real sense of client urgency. Ironically I am using Trailfinders via a member of the family for an Asian trip. Must have more patience than me!
