We have just recently returned from an epic 3 week bucket list roadtrip through the National parks of Nevada, Utah and Arizona finishing up in Washington! Have to say we had the best time and Trailfinders did an exceptional job with our reservation throughout. The entire trip went seamlessly with many hotels along the route and we even had a massive upgrade in our Vegas hotel which was a fabulous end to the holiday. We booked through our local office in Exeter and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend to anyone looking to do a multi centre trip. They really did a fantastic job tailor making our dream trip and we’d like to express our thanks to Kevin for taking the usual stresses out of booking such a complex itinerary and for making it happen without any hiccups. Excellent travel agents, we have used them for our last 3 long haul holidays. All of them went perfectly, all the pick ups and drop offs at various airports on our itinerary were perfect. The hotels recommended by them were also wonderful. The flights arranged as extra parts to the holidays were also very good

Absolutely 1st class. Spent a couple of hours in there to sort a Canada trip out for silver wedding anniversary. Steve hornbuckle who dealt with us was superb. Very knowledgeable and helpful, friendly. He used all his expertise to help us put a package together which we could of not done on our own. Thankyou Steve for all your help. Will recommend anyone to go there. Best I have ever experienced.

10/10 couldn't ask for a better service. I've booked quite a few trips through Trailfinders (Hong Kong, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Paris, Kenya, Zanzibar) and I'm just about to book our honeymoon to Borneo and/or Bali. Every single member of staff has been friendly, helpful and incredibly experienced. Steve Hornbuckle in particular has been amazing, he really knows his stuff and he takes the time to understand what is important for each person on their trip. Very patient when making tweaks to the itinerary or hotels, and re-working quotes to create the perfect trip. I wouldn't use another travel agent again, the level of service just doesn't compare to other trips I've booked.

I would like to express my absolute gratitude to Holly(exeter branch) for her patience and attention when trying to get the perfect holiday experience for my daughter(when her travelling companion dropped out of the month long trip!)
She was very professional and 'human' when trying to get the best for my daughter!
She went above and beyond!(and some)
I have nothing but admiration for her, and hope that the company appreciate the lengths she has gone too,to get the best outcome for my daughter!
She really is an asset to the company and I hope that we weren't too much of a pain for her!?(she never made us feel like we were!?)
