Very helpful and friendly staff. Not at all pushy and the firm respects your privacy. Looking for car hire options but decided to travel before booking anything. Would definitely use again in the future.

If a travel agent was a rocket then Hannah Jones would get to Mars. Fantastic service during our two holidays this year and in the summer we'll be back for more. I wouldn't trust the memories of my family's life experiences to any other company.

The best travel service you can get! Been using them for years. The staff are very knowledgeable friendly and helpful. During the pandemic when we had to change plans frequently trying to get to Australia the service and support they gave was outstanding. On my way to see them this morning to book out next trip. I highly recommend them.

The best travel agents my partner and I have ever used. They give a totally professional service and have great knowledge of some of the more unusual trips around the world. We booked a total of 7 flights with them just before lockdown and all our money was refunded even though they had not been reimbursed. We shall certainly use them again and would advise people not to consider using any other high street travel agent.

I recently booked a holiday with the Cardiff Trailfinders. It wasn't straightforward as I was booking it for someone else, but Natasha Joyce was extremely helpful and gave excellent and assiduous service. She could not have been more helpful. I have used Trailfinders many times over the past few years and they are consistently excellent, and are particularly reliable with complicated travel arrangements. I am not surprised that they are always the Which? recommended holiday provider. Perfect!

I have been dealing with Trailfinders for the last 20 years in all that time I have never ever been let down.
they are always ready to help and go out of their way the go the extra mile to keep a customer happy and that is priceless,
you cannot buy service like that in the beginning many years ago I dealt with Carter.
he was a sound guy and I liked him a lot.
just recently I have been talking to to a gentleman called Stafford again fantastically helpful professional it credit to himself on the company 10/10

Just arrived back with Singapore airlines from New Zealand ,disappointed on the trip back as we were advised by trailfinder business to stop over in Singapore as there was less than an hour to catch the next flight .Found out when we arrived in Singapore that the next flight was in 3 hours ,we were told that the hotel was in the airport but we weren't told that we would have to get a visa as we were going out of airport's boundaries. I think the gentleman was looking at New Zealand times when looking at the next flight.This cost us an extra day's travel and the extra cost of booking a hotel which we didn't need.
