Brilliant service. No taxi available at the station. Rang the number on the ad by the taxi rank. Told how long driver would be, then make and number of car. Knew my area well and spoke English. [probably not supposed to say that!] Very efficient and will certainly use again.

Driver Martin took me to Plymouth vet today with Minnie, a ferret. Before I knew it I was back home barely noticing the journey. Down to earth bloke who isn't ferret knowledgeable & we had such a laugh over it. Cool bloke, hope he's around for future trips💯

Would give zeros starts if I could. The app let's you book trips and confirms them. Then to be left waiting. Call up to find out where your taxi is to find out a driver hasn't even been assigned to the job!!! Going seriously down hill lately.
