Waited for this taxi showed up picked to other people said we hadn't booked him refused to come back for us the drivers attude was awful left 4 women stranded wouldn't recommend

Used to use them quite often before the pandemic Twice they have left me down since Tonight's excuse was that someone had rang to cancel the Taxi absolute rubbish I'd just completed a 10 hour shift and called them well in advance for a 11pm pick up from my friends When I spoke to the driver he accused me of becoming aggressive and rehashed me he didn't have dementia while becoming aggressive I ended up waking home from Aberdare to Cwmaman I will be contacting the council on Monday

Booked the taxi a few days in advance. Waited on the doorstep and when 10 mins late called them. They pretended they’d been knocked the same door we were standing on and had to leave because we didn’t go out. What a nincumpoop!

Didnt Turn up for a taxi that was booked for 11pm on Saturday 15/09/18, Tried ringing but nobody picked up the phone, will never use or recommend, Total joke of a company, couldnt then get another Taxi Until 12:15am But better service of Jeff's Taxis
