Very rude lady on reception. I made it to the top of the steps where she was chatting on the phone as I just entered the doorway she covered her handset and said we don’t allow dogs. To which I replied some signage may help informing people to this. Another couple coming out also noticed this and commented she’s a bit rude and also said there’s no notice anywhere. ?
