What a Fab Company !!!

I personally had never heard of Tour Compass as a holiday / Tour Provider, so I was a little dubious about booking a trip with them.
However, after doing some research in to the company we decided to book our bucket list Holliday and we booked there 10 day South Africa Safari, to Kruger Gate & Kruger National Park.
I can honestly say that we had absolutely nothing to worry about, from start to finish Tour Compass were amazing!!
I had quite a few questions / queries regarding my booking and my emails & my question's/ queries were always answered promptly, freindly responses and reassuring.

The Tour Compass App was Great with regular updates throughout our trip.
Our Tour Compass rep at the hotel (Anna) greeted us on arrival, she was lovely, welcoming and informative, she was always findable around the hotel if needed and was present on most of our game drives, the only reason she wasnt present on some of the drives was if she had to welcome any new guests at the hotel.

This trip was our very first trip outside of our comfort zone of us booking the normal Beach Holiday, but we wasn't disappointed ?
The Safari and the tours / Game drives were AMAZING!!
The hotel (Kruger Gate Hotel) was amazing!!
It was a long journey to get there from the UK, the tansfer from Johannesburg airport down to Kruger Gate is 6 hours but this includes 2x 30 minute stops to stretch your legs, we even saw Rhino's, Zebras and Buffalo's drinking from a water hole at one of our stops. ? and believe me, the journey to get there was deffinately worth it!

I have recommended Tour Compass to all of my freinds and family and some have already booked or are looking to book.
I honestly, can not explain our trip, it blew our minds and we will 100% be booking with Tour Compass again in the future!!
We also, compared prices with other Safari providers and Tour Company came out the cheapest by miles.
I honestly, can not praise this company enough, Thanks Guys for a Fab Safari ?

Absolutely amazing company. We've just arrived back from a safari in kenya and from my first enquiry and all the way through, the company have been amazing. When I've had questions, they've responded quickly, the holiday was so thought out and the little details put in place, even on the day of departure, they had organised a hotel where we could rest and freshen up before our night flight after a day of driving and exploring. Will definitely use this company again. Thank you for such an amazing holiday.

To visit Kruger National Park in Africa was a dream, we ticked it of our bucket list in March 2024, with tour compass, staying at Kruger Gate Hotel. Which wow.... it was amazing. I will never be able to get over the wildlife we saw, how close they were, pictures do not do it justice. I can't recommend tour compass enough, thankyou for giving us the holiday of a lifetime !!!!!!

All accommodation, flights and transfers were organised. Pick up was an hour late in Sydney, but spot on for the rest of the tour. Disappointing to find that there was no-one else in the group, a little worrying for a lone senior traveller. The 3 consecutive flights on the return leg (5hrs + 8 hrs + 15 hrs) were hard. For some reason the return was Cairns, south to Melbourne, north to Singapore, then London. Top that with only 1 meal being served on each of the 2 longer flights. If staying in Ayers Rock, airport, shops and restaurants only take cards (1.75% charge). Only the supermarket takes cash! Hotels were excellent, but not a trip I'd recommend for a person travelling alone.
