From our initial call with Totally Tailored to our bespoke guided tour with Helena, every aspect of this tour was first class! They paired us with an amazing tour guide, Helena, who in one short day became part of our family. We were a total of 10, 2 grandparents and 2 families of 4, which kids age ranging from 5-13.

Helena was patient, fun, full of information and ready to lead us through London to see all the sights!

The Tower of London, the Tower Bridge, Borough Market, Big Ben, Parliament and Westminster Abbey. We also saw everything in between as we made our way through London in the comfort of a tour van with just the right amount of walking to not get tired.

Kudos to the entire Totally Tailored team, the planning, the execution, and the energy - all top notch.

The very best there is. First off, I have been planning trips with Totally Tailored for 5 years now. I’ve lost count of the number of individual excursions we’ve taken over the years with Totally Tailored, and I trust them completely. You should too.

We have just completed a really epic trip with TT. I told them I was thinking of maybe flying to Edinburgh, getting a train to York, and coming back to Edinburgh via train a few days later. I think too small.

Totally Tailored turned that idea into an absolutely spectacular journey. We were picked up at the Edinburgh Airport and driven to York through the rolling hills, or “pointy bits”, as our guide called them, of Northumberland. We saw Hadrian’s Wall, Rosslyn Chapel, and loads of ruined abbeys and gorgeous historical churches. Beautiful journey.

In York we enjoyed two days of expertly guided tours conducted by an actual historian. That’s one thing you can always count on with TT - they will not send you an amateur. The guides are all consummate professionals. We saw EVERYTHING and learned so much incredible history.

I was sad to leave York, but the trip Totally Tailored put together back to Edinburgh was a truly awesome journey that took us to Durham Cathedral, Dunstabaugh Castle, Bamburgh, St Aidan’s church, and Lindisfarne. It’s hard to pick a favorite day on a vacation, but that one was hard to beat!

In Edinburgh we’ve seen the best of the Old City and the new city, again with guides that are true professionals with vast wells of knowledge. Again, these are not amateur people! We rounded out Edinburgh with a beautiful trip into the countryside to see Stirling Castle and Linkithgow Palace.

It’s been an amazing trip!!! There is a 0% chance I could have pulled this off trying to plan it myself, and what Totally Tailored designed and executed for us exceeded my expectation in every possibly way. Absolutely magnificent.

This is a company that you can place your absolute trust in. They will never let you down and they will go over and above what anyone might possibly expect. I mean, when we were still Covid testing before flights the owner of the company personally organized our tests, after hours, no less, when we ran into trouble using our American phone numbers. On a personal note, every single person you’ll meet at TT is just a delightful human being. I always feel a little melancholy saying goodbye after a tour because they are just that great.

I did a walking tour through London with Totally Tailored. The first part was with Leon. What an amazing amount of knowledge he has. I was blown away by the time I had with him. He is a fantastic person, and I felt like he was a long-lost buddy I reunited with. We had so much fun, and I could not be happier. Next, I spent time with Charley; again, we connected immediately, and she took me on the most delightful food tour in a quaint part of London that was simply spectacular. I was so relaxed, and the whole experience was one of the best times of my life. I will never forget my experience with them and could not recommend them enough. Simply put, this is one of my most memorable life experiences. Thank you, Leon and Charley.

English Cottage Vacation

We work with Charley on a regular basis as she takes care of our very important guests, who spend time in London before or after their stay with us in the Dorset countryside. This year we experienced her services first hand with an amazing tour of the London Christmas lights with her amazing and friendly black cab driver, Graham and a food tour of Borough Market with her beautiful and interesting tour guide, Jasmin. Both were outstanding with their wonderful personalities and service, so much so that we can’t wait for our future guests to meet them.

Working with businesses like Totally Tailored is so important for us as we need to know that our guests will be well taken care of. We have had nothing but 5 Star reviews from them all year!!

We took a food tour of Borough Market with Becky at Totally Tailored and had an incredible time! There were 5 of us, 4 of whom had never been to the market, and Becky made it the perfect first experience. We loved all of the food and the information that we learned on the tour. It was so fun to get a behind the scenes/VIP experience. We were also celebrating a birthday and Becky made sure that there were some special surprises for the birthday girl, which was such a nice additional touch. We even went back to Borough Market to try more food stalls and get seconds of what we tried on the tour. I would absolutely recommend Totally Tailored for unique and interesting tours of London.
