Serita really did help every step of the way with our holiday. We had 9 of us travelling with a highly anxious son and a 1 year old, and had lots of questions. Serita was always quick to respond and very informative. She booked assistance at the airport and spoke directly with the hotel for us too. Having never been to the US, Serita at Torster Travel provided us with a fantastic holiday which ran seamlessly even though travelling with two kids under 8!

Disneyland California was awesome, the Disneyland hotel was great, really easy to access the parks on foot & spoilt for choice with restaurants.

Thank you so much to Serita at Torster Travel who helped us book our Caribbean back to back cruise next year! She was super speedy, through and knowledgeable, she was incredibly helpful at making sure the logistics for a back to back cruise were properly arranged (including flights, hotels, transfers) and when it came to making sure we were in the right cabin for both cruises she was invaluable, ensuring for us! We used Torster Travel to book our honeymoon after having a recommendation from a work colleague. First time we have used a Travel Consultant for a holiday and have to say, we are going to go back again! We were dealing with Serita, and she was brilliant all the way. Not only did she organise our perfect honeymoon, she also made sure out 7 months old had car seats in the transfer and got us a slightly better room with a hot tub. We were so impressed we have just gone back again to organise this year's summer holiday! And the best bit, is that after doing some sanity checks they got it cheaper than we could find. Honestly....could not fault the service at all.

Serita was so helpful turning our ideas for visiting family in Texas into a real thing. She took us through all the options around the different flights and even managed to work a stop over in New York into the trip to make it truly unforgettable for our boys.
