Have used Torrence Cabs for years, recently the drop off in service has been shocking. 15 minutes late for pick up to airport, and then cancelled bookings after 7 minute wait.... avoid

Got picked up by a lovely lady from Torrance bowling club back to Milngavie.Car arrived on time and driver was friendly and chatted away. Very pleasant journey home.

Excellent service.
I was stuck without a car and needed to get to work and the operator was so kind and helpful and got a taxi to me very quickly. The driver was a very nice, chatty, interesting man who got me to work quickly. Will definitely use this company again.

I tried to order a taxi today from Bishopbriggs. The lady on the phone asked me where I was going. After I replied, she quickly said that they have no cars available. It makes me wonder why did she ask in the first place!? My best guess is that she didn’t like that I wanted a short trip.

Would give them 6* if I could. Initial booking was on time and the female driver was very nice. Left my umbrella in the car, and the lady in the office bent over backwards to have it returned to me. Outstanding service from start to finish 🙌

Very easy to book over the phone and the price was very competitive compared to online quotes. Taxi turned up on time and driver was friendly and helpful. Payment is to be made in cash to the driver. Would definitely use them again. Very happy with their service.
