This company dont look into any debt disputes regardless of their claim. Their clients are paying them fees to chase money and thats exactly what they do regardless of the facts.

I took a skip from Circle waste in 2023, I explained what we needed to put in the skip and was advised that it wasnt a problem as it was just mushrooms and the containers they came in from a food truck that had been involved in an accident. The skip was delivered no problem, however when they came to collect the skip (with no prior warning) the driver said he couldn't take the skip unless we separated the mushrooms and the plastic containers, we advised the driver that we had been told it was fine to put them in 1 skip, I even showed him the email from the company he was working for. He was adamant that he wouldnt take it as it was. I later called Circle Waste and advised them of the situation and was told not to worry they would send another skip for us to split the waste. At no point was any further charge mentioned, fast forward a few weeks after the skips had finally been collected. I received a bill that was for 2 skips (not 1 like i had ordered and explained what i was using it for) and a failed collection attempt. The bill had over doubled, I called them up and said I wanted the failed delivery taking off and the cost of the 2nd skip, they agreed and I was told i would get a credit note. A few weeks went by and as you can imagine running a business unless you get a call or email things get forgot about. The next thing I get Top Services emailing and calling me requesting me to pay a bill (plus charges) to Circle Waste. I called Top Services and explained the situation, the lady said she would go back to the client and see what she could sort. Again another week or so went by then I received another email demanding payment for the same amount, again I called and explained the situation. I then called Circle Waste to find out why I was being chased for a bill when I was still waiting on a credit note. They said they would deal with it and send me the credit note. Again another few weeks went by then I got a call from the same lady I'd spoke to the first time from Top Services, she was very rude and suggested that I was struggling to pay the bill and thats the reason it hadn't been paid and that I could set up a payment plan. At the time of this call I was on holiday and had people round me so didnt want to discuss so I asked her to email me her suggestion and I would get back to her. After my holiday I called back and explained I wouldnt be making a payment arrangement as this wasn't my fault to start with and I had been told I was getting a credit note. Finally after around 6 months of back and forth I got a credit note from Circle Waste but they had only credited the failed delivery not the 2nd skip. I did eventually give in and pay the invoice as I was sick of the calls and emails. Little did I know that now they have put a marker on me as a director and only a few weeks ago I failed to open an account because the company I was opening with use Top Services as a credit reference agency and they advised them not to work with me. Ive been in business since 2013 and never have I dealt with such a shambles of a company, damaging my business, my reputation and stopping me from opening accounts when I have many many accounts with large businesses and never failed to make my payments.

I would advise any company that are thinking of using these as a credit reference agency to think again, you could be losing good customers off the back of there narrow mindedness.

Have been a member for years, asked for debt recovery assistance and was told 25% fee for debt recovery, that is how they treat a member who has been with them for years.....Do not bother paying them as when you call for help they want to rob you.
