Lovely way to see Bath. All drivers we came across were very helpful and friendly. You could hop on and off at numerous stops at your leisure. Overall delightful experience.

The sightseeing is amazing from the bus. We learnt a lot about Bath Spa and saw areas that we wouldn't be able to walk to.

We went on a few business and non of them has air-conditioning, it was 30C when we were on it. In addition we at one point (at stop 16) waited for over 45min (in hot weather) and the bus didn't show up, so we walked from there.

You can discover Bath by bus,
Buy a single day ticket for around £24.
You can walk anywhere and continue your journey by bus afterwards.
There is a bus every 15 minutes.
Bath is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is home to some of the best architecture in Europe, such as the Royal Crescent, the Circus, Pulteney Bridge and Bath Abbey

Excellent tour. We did the Skyline Tour, as we have done the City Tour before. It's handy that the one ticket gets you on both tours all day. Shame about the weather, but not the companies fault. Blazing sunshine whilst waiting for the bus, got on the bus and it started raining, got off the bus at the end of the tour and blazing sunshine again ...typical British Bank Holiday weather 😂

Brilliant tour of the city as well as the outskirts! Our driver (Lord David) was brilliant!
Tickets last for 2 days which is very helpful, you can do the city tour on the first day, popping on and off at the sights you want to see, which definitely needs a whole day! Then do the City Skyline tour on the second day to see the outskirts.
You could do both tours in one day, but you would have to be very selective about what you did off the bus.
The only slightly annoying thing is that there is no way to know when the bus will arrive at each stop and despite the app stating it does, you cannot see the busses live locations.

You can do a great tour of Bath in one or two days by getting a ticket for the Tootbus tours for about £20 if you buy in advance. The tours take an hour approx, taking in all the key sites in the city and surrounding area. You can hop on and off the bus as much as you like. All buses are open top and have a smaller covered area upstairs at the front in case of inclement weather. The headphones provide interesting commentary and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The only slight downside is that the seats are hard plastic and cold and uncomfortable for an hour. But all in all I recommend it for a comprehensive visit to Bath.
