The only thing what was very very unfortunate, the toilet was out of order, this should have been sorted before the journey , this isn’t good as , we got the coach from Leicester to Manchester Heaton park for the Oasis concert. People needed to use the bathroom on the journey. Please check the toliet is working before all journeys please.
Everything else was brilliant other than that.

Our coach driver Nyheem was so friendly, helpful just all round great service, comfy seats plugs to charge your phones and also USB ports in between the chairs, thank you

We travelled with TNS travel on Saturday and they were absolutely superb! The quality of the bus was modern, clean and extremely comfortable and a lovely way to travel with the benefit of charging points. Our driver Mo was absolutely brilliant. He was so cheery and welcoming on picking us up and we had a great laugh with him. He was so professional and so friendly, he really did add to making our day trip even more wonderful. We are already planning our next day trip and will be using TNS again. They came recommended as one of the group had used them before and we won't be using any other hire companies going forward. A huge 10/10!

I had a fantastic experience with TNS TRAVEL ! From booking to the end of the trip, everything went smoothly. The driver was friendly, professional, and clearly very experienced, making everyone feel safe and well taken care of throughout the journey. He was also attentive to our group’s needs, stopping for breaks when we needed and always checking in to make sure we were comfortable.

The coach itself was spotless and very comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. You can tell they take great pride in maintaining their vehicles. Overall, Tns provided a high-quality service with a personal touch. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, friendly, and safe travel!

Very good and helpful driver. The coach was in very good condition. The driver helped me to install the car seat correctly for my little child. He even wanted to take us home at the end of the trip. Thank you for a nice and peaceful trip. The only bad thing was that on the way back the coach was too warm and the cooling fan did not work.

Fantastic service on our school trip to Germany. Clean and comfortable coach and our driver (Raz) was brilliant. Very helpful and always had the bus ready and waiting for us. Can’t fault it!

Mohsin took us to and from Liverpool for a hen do. Minibus was on time, clean and comfortable. Its reassuring to have a friendly driver and easy to negotiate our pick up point for our return. Highly recommended.

Real bad driving from FR12 WWX Ford transit. Pulls out on a junction without any indication. only has one brake light working so dangerous just want to give 0 stars on this one
