Picked up our new Motability car yesterday, brilliant experience from the very start of the process with Mitchell. Kept us up to date with the cars progress and potential delivery dates which was accurate and the car was delivered around the date stated.
Hand over was great and very informative with the option of a second handover due to the amount of information.
Not to mention the lovely bouquet of flowers. Oh and the hot chocolate is good. Thanks Mitchell!

From the moment you walk through the door you are greeted with a smile. We went to TMS Coventry looking for a replacement for our tow car. We were offered a drink while we waited for Matt who is very knowledgeable and extremely friendly even when we said we were just looking and getting an idea of price we were not dismissed in favour of another customer. We were informed that I could get a xc40 on motorbility. We got chatting with Mitchell and I ended up ordering my motorbility car. The service we received from Mitchell was excellent nothing was to much trouble. Right from ordering the car all the way through to the handover we were kept informed of progress. The handover it's self was an experience I have never at any other dealership. The car was undercover in the showroom and get unvaled then we were presented with some flowers which made it extra special. Mitchell then took the time to go through the car and what everything did and didn't let us go until we were happy with everything. For anyone looking for a new/used or motorbility I would highly recommend TMS Coventry.

I can not fault the service I had from TMS Volvo Coventry, very professional, courteous and helpful towards myself. A very good knowledge of the vehicle I was being sold, unlike some other dealers who no nothing about the car they are selling. There was no pushiness about selling me the vehicle I was allowed to make my own decision about buying the car. All the staff were very helpful. I found the experience of buying from TMS Coventry very good, no problems with after sales. I would recommend buying a car from TMS, a good family business.

I used to visit another local Volvo dealership, but changed to TMS. I am very satisfied overall with my contact with TMS Coventry. The service staff are excellent. Suki and the team have been very helpful. Even when there has been the occasional issue with service arrangements they have been resolved to my satisfaction. I recently test drove a new Volvo at the dealership. The salesperson Mitchell was very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed us features on the car and also explained our finance options. At no time was there any sales pressure. Mitchell was a credit to both TMS Coventry and Volvo UK. I won’t go anywhere else for my Volvo sales and service requirements.
