Booked with these guys as a single female traveller to do The Great Glen Way by kayak. I had the most amazing adventure and met some great people and any nerves I had quickly vanished. From pulling together as a team to the campfire banter a trip with T.M.M. Experiences is a must. Can't wait for my next trip 👍

Booked a trip to go to Mount Everest base camp in a group with others for 20th September. TMM took our final payment at the end of March. After the payment there was very little communication from them. Ritchie assured everyone the trip was still going ahead, we found out there were no bookings made for any part of the trip. What a load of nonsense!! When we got closer to the date almost everyone was fed up and cancelled before the cut off period for a full refund. Some people had paid insurance and i almost booked my vaccinations and bought equipment because Ritchie was insisting it was going ahead. We paid £ 2250 each and could have been more if we paid for the other things. I feel TMM have lied to us and said they are in financial difficulties due to cancellations, they never had the money to pay for the trip or we would have our refunds. Disgusted with them. No communication yet of when we will receive any money back 👎

Do NOT touch this company!
I was booked on the Everest Basecamp Experience Trek due to depart this month along with 10 other people. TMM took full payments from us, £2,250.00 per person. Some members of the group had been booked on this trip since before Covid! TMM failed to make the necessary bookings and arrangements and time was getting tight, our money just didn't seem to be available to make those bookings.We were fobbed off with all sorts of excuses and 'porkies' but at no point did TMM inform us that our trip wasn't booked. I cancelled and was followed in quick succession by the other members of the group within timescale to receive a full refund. No refund yet and now we hear that the company is in financial trouble 'apparently' and probably has been for some time BUT it didn't stop them taking our money AND to make matters worse,TMM is still taking bookings and money from other people for trips that have either been cancelled now or may not happen, no communication, apology or explanation. A lot of unhappy people owed money.

Not the best experience to complete NC500, try to cram too much in to a short space of time and as a result you spend a lot of time on the mini bus. Food standards have certainly dropped since last time I used TMM. A few of us felt food wasn't adequately stored ie chicken stored under the passanger seat and not in a cool box for more than 24 hours which would have been used for dinner but for myself and fellow passengers complaining about it fresh stuff was bought. Used to be good value for money trips but I paid £250, more than the original £175 price that other passengers paid as they had booked earlier and the price has increased and I really don't think it was worth the money. Ritchie seemed tired and certainly wasn't as enthusiastic as he was on my last trip with TMM.

Just completed the West Highland Way with TMM over the last 6 days. Had the best time and met some great people. Special mention for Sandra and Gordon from TMM, brilliant hosts and went the extra mile everyday to make sure everyone was looked after, a real credit to TMM. Met the Boss man Ritchie at our wild camp and I don't think I've laughed so much listening to all his campfire tales. Great value experience provided by great people, looking at the Great Glen Way with TMM next year. Well done Ritchie and the team keep up the great work!

Do not book or use this company, they will take your money and not deliver, as a group due to leave in 2 days time for Everest base camp trip, i and others are massively out of pocket and no trip was booked and no communication from TMM/Ritchie, emails ignored and no sign of being paid back yet
Disappointed is an under statement !!! Please please do not book with them !

TMM Experiences is a disreputable company. They have taken our money and not provided any experience or offer to refund, change or exchange. They don't answer emails or telephone calls!!!!!

I have reported them to the authorities and I will continue to chase them for what they owe me. We all saved for our trip and no-one can afford to loose the money especially when the company is still advertising the trips and taking other people's money. Shocking !!!!

Fantastic time doing the Great Glen way kayaking experience with TMM. There's so much to see that you wouldn't notice otherwise if you were going by any other method of transportation. Lovely people and a 5* company made this a great 5 days. Thank you TMM
