The company i work for uses Terry to Carry out forklift training, forklift refreshers, MWEP's training and refrshers. Terry is excellent at his job, communicates the course well to all levels and is really professional in the way he delivers the training.

Terrible service, no terms and conditions sent.
Trainers can cancel training 2 hours before hand, yet if you give them one weeks notice you can’t get a refund. To rebook also have to repay £195. A month on no reply, no refund. Disgraceful company.
