Hired a vehicle from them. On return the guy came out from the office to check the vehicle over. He walked directly to the passenger side, squatted down low and pointed to a scratch on the sill. For that they retained my deposit. There is absolutely no way that I caused the scratch. The fact that the guy walked directly to the scratch which was in a hard to see place makes me extremely suspicious. Beware. Check any vehicle with a fine tooth comb before signing for it.

I would certainly use again. Found them to be the cheapest car hire for a small car for a months hire. I didn't like the first car they gave me so after a week I took it back and they swapped it for a different model with no hassle or issues. The car was due back on Monday but I returned it on the Saturday morning as that was more convenient for me and they gave me a refund that I wasn't expecting for returning it early. If ever I need to hire a car again TJS will be my first port of call.
