Never been here before and came with my local Volunteer Centre for a Healthwalk with clients who are not as mobile as many. We had a gentle 2 mile walk around the forest loop and a packed lunch picnic on the tables outside the visitor centre. I was pleasantly surprised how nice the place was, how child friendly & dog friendly (on leads) it was. There is a shop & café/restaurant inside (no dogs) along with clean toilets.
A place I will definitely visit again with my family at some point later this year.

Love Tittesworth for birdwatching and a stroll along the lake. There are bird hides for a peaceful sit down where you can enjoy watching lapwing, Canada geese and more.

Loads of parking available. The play ground was packed so we couldn't stop and let out two grandchildren play so we went for a walk. We fed the ducks, you can pick up a bag of duck food from the visitor center for £1.20. The ice cream is really nice as well from there but a little bit pricey. It's well worth a visit.

I had a wonderful day at Tittesworth visitor centre while my husband took part in an ultra marathon. The center was well-organized with very friendly staff. The food was good and the drinks were reasonably priced. There was ample parking and great accessibility for wheelchair users. The disabled toilet was a bit challenging to access due to the door, but it was clean. There were plenty of disabled parking spots close to the main paths. The paths around the lake were great for those with strollers and wheelchairs. They also offer trampers for hire if you want to relax and enjoy the stunning views.

Worth visiting. Walks for all abilities. Good cafe. Friendly staff. U do have to sit outside cafe with a dog. But it is a nice spot with brilliant scenery and some cover tables. Also in the front of building there is a small area dog friendly. The children play park iscreally good a bonus for families.
