We had a wonderful break at Tipsy Cottages! Our stay was at the ‘Hop’ cottage, which was a great size for us, and our two young children. We were really impressed with how nicely decorated / appointed and spotlessly clean it was! It was lovely, warm and cosy and we had one of the best nights sleep we have had in a long time in the very comfy bed! The host, Georgina, was even kind enough to take the children to see her chickens which they absolutely loved! The hosts communication was also fantastic throughout and made the stay really easy. We would thoroughly recommend!

Such a lovely quiet retreat and so easily reached from London. We found the cottage to be warm and cosy and LOVED the wood burner. Georgina and Andy were so friendly and welcoming with lots of tips for things to do in the local area. So many nice pubs/restaurants nearby and even a farm shop right on their doorstep. The decor was really beautiful and attention has been paid to every detail. Especially loved the arrangement of flowers fresh from the garden and rugs for snuggling up in the evening. The bed was super comfy. We slept so well! Will definitely be coming again and hopefully booking another cottage for our friends.

Myself and my partner spent two nights at Tipsy Cottages. We stayed in ‘Hop’ cottage. It was just magical. The accommodation was warm and pleasant, it had a really lovely cosy feel to it but had ample space for our belongings. The accommodation is a short stroll into Robertsbridge where there is a lovely pub with a great selection of beers on tap (love a cask ale at Christmas). There’s also a shop for all the necessary supplies to buckle down from the cold. The best part though, was Georgina. She was really communicative and friendly when discussing things to do in the area. She made some excellent suggestions for winter walks. It was really easy and convenient to collect the key and let ourselves in, a very smooth process. All in all, we loved this place and will most definitely be booking again. Thanks so much. Amazing Stay, Highly Recommended!

We had an incredible experience at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. The location was perfect – close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch experience!!!

Our recent stay at Tipsy Cottages was absolutely perfect. The hosts (Georgina and Andy) were warm, welcoming and had great recommendations for things to do in the area. The cottage was immaculately clean, super cosy and had everything we could have wanted. The location is peaceful and quiet but only a short walk up a quiet track to the village where there are lovely restaurants and a shop with everything you need. We couldn’t recommend Tipsy Cottages enough and we’ll certainly be booking again!

We had such a lovely stay at tipsy cottages. The bed was soooo comfortable & cottage well equipped in the beautiful countryside. Our hosts left toys and all the equipment we might need for our baby which was such a nice touch! Highly recommend

Perfect stay in Goldings! Wonderful, welcoming host- who thinks of everything. Immaculately clean. Extra touches such a baby towel, bath and toys for our little boy. Georgina really does go the extra mile. Couldn’t have asked for more from our stay in a beautiful location.

I’ve been in the cottage lately, and sadly I didn’t have a good experience. I arrived willing to prepare a lunch and then go for a walk, but to my surprise there was no salt, sugar or oil, basic condiments that I always found at other cottages. I went out to buy at the local farm shop, but they didn’t have those ingredients. It was dark already, so I didn’t want to venture to drive to other shops 25 minutes away. I communicated this to Georgina with the hope that perhaps she will share some of her ingredients with me, but instead she came up with an unreasonable argument. She said that because of a British Law, she can’t provide condiments. On top of that, the house was very cold to sleep in. It is a shame because the location is lovely.
