A guy called AT Ethan lied to me tricked me and took my money £290 from my credit card as a cancellation fee of my tickets. He couldn’t cancel my tickets. He lied that he is from travel trolley because I booked tickets through travel trolley but when I got number from Google and called travel trolley and call gone through to him and he said I am from travel trolley and I will cancel your tickets but you need to pay cancellation fee £290.00 . When I asked to open or reschedule my tickets he asked me large amount to pay but I choose to cancel tickets he took cancellation fee and lied and tricked me that you will receive your money in 28 days when I rang again travel trolley they said somebody lied to you we never take money over the phone we always send a link to customer if any payment is required. Then I contacted my bank to stop the payment. I also contacted action fraud team and explained what he did .all this happened on 8th of may 2025 in the evening.please all people be careful times travel is a fraud and they rip off people

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star that's how bad the service is . Avoid at all costs for ummrah or hajj . They use cheap hotels that are grotty dirty . Services are rubbish not on time delayed all the time . Rip you off offer you a good package but reality is when you get to your destination it's horrendous . Hotels that they book you into are not even 1 star either . The pictures online are decieving . Rooms are grotty stained beds and pillows . Dirty run down bathrooms . After travelling for hours the last thing you need is to come to a disgusting hotel thats still in stone ages . They use cheap call centre workers from abroad mainly pakistan to make arrangements for your trip . AVOID AVOID AVOID this company they are ripping people off

Ali was super professional, and everything he arranged for me was spot-on. I booked a trip to Barcelona and Athens, and it was perfect! No issues at all. He was easy to reach and always got back to me quickly, especially on email and WhatsApp. I’ll definitely recommend Ali to my friends and family. Awesome job—well done!

Very bad service no help at all very disappointed .
The person i spoke to bery rude put the phone down pn me .
I called back to discuss the matter no mach help i have sorted out .myself because of them i was going to miss my plane .
Very very disappointed.
No shouldn't rely on this agency.
Am not recommend to any one.
