What a wonderful location, So easy to walk around Ullapool. The cottage was clean and comfortable with parking available. Tina and Alan were easy to contact and went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. We would love to spend 3 months or more at this cottage and become part of this community! I stayed at Ullapool self catering recently with my two boys. I can't recommend it enough - a gorgeous cottage right in the heart of the lovely village of Ullapool. You can walk everywhere from the cottage but also take trips out to some of the most wonderful places that are really close by. We carried on and took the ferry over to the islands after our stay. The cottage is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. It was really nice to have wifi in the cottage as well and I liked the fact that we could park right outside and also have a place for our muddy boots in the shed. Loved the feel of the cottage overall and would definitely return.

A great home from home, really clean and everything you need for a stay in Ullapool. Ideal location too, right in the middle of the village. Owners Tina and Alan were so welcoming and helpful, they really made sure we had a restful and enjoyable holiday. Go stay there and see for yourself, you will not be disappointed!!

This beautiful self contained cottage is the best possible option for a stay in the equally beautiful Scottish highland village of Ullapool! This cottage completely fits the description of self contained. It is very warm, spacious and comfortable easily accommodating a family and not feeling as though you are crowded. Your hosts Tina and Alan ensure the cottage is certainly well appointed and you have all the relevant information on local activities to ensure a totally enjoyable holiday.

Your options for activities are purely limited by your own imagination. There are fantastic walks in the hills surrounding Ullapool or further north into the highlands. With the harbour almost on your doorstep you have various ferries to take you to the many islands off the north west coast and beyond.

You also have a great choice of dining out with three local pubs, such as The Seaforth, with menus highlighting the fabulous seafood.

We would highly recommend staying here. It offers superb and spacious accommodation, which is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Ideally situated within walking distance of everything that beautiful and picturesque Ullapool has to offer.
