I paid £2800 for a ticket with 2 pieces of baggage allowance for 6 passengers. They called me to check if I was ok with 1 piece of baggage allowance. I politely agreed and they issued me ticket which was £200 cheaper. When I checked and asked for refund guy called Amit was very rude and bluntly said nothing will be done. You either cancel with a charge of £50 or Go with this fare. We are not refunding or adding extra piece of baggage for which I had paid for. It was like my way or highway. Very rude and less than 0 star service.

Bought tickets for family of 4, payment was taken within minute and they acknowledged payment and said e-ticket will be emailed soon. I waited 2-3 days no email, then called them to find out what has happened. I’ve been told 3 different stories by 3 different personnel. One said there was delay in payment, other said I tried to book twice. Then a lady suggested everything was fine and I should get the ticket in 24 hours. So I waited patiently and after more than a day called them again, I was told I have to pay extra to get the ticket. I asked why would I pay extra? Why would you take my payment if you can’t issue the tickets at the first place? They keep saying things that doesn’t sum up. So I called my bank and told them what has happened. Got my money back in 2 hours. These scammers take payment from people then issue tickets at their pace, sometimes when they can’t find the ticket on the specifics dates, they ask for extra cash to issue on another day. Plus they book tickets on the day that no flights are available (my friend found out by checking airlines website). They have shut their Cranbrook Rd office and now runs this from India. So, they can do whatever they want. (note: tickets to India, tickets to Bangladesh, tickets to world are all run by same scammers)

Worst Travel Agent!!!! and Awful customer service.

I made the booking in the month of November 2022 with "TickettoIndia" and due to some Family emergency had to change the Departure flight date for which I called customer care and the agent with name Vishal tried to sell in such a hurry doesn't give the time to think or make any decision.

Please avoid!!!!!!!

Please think twice before booking tickets with these people. They act like a scammer. If you had to change the ticket they will keep charging you unreasonable amounts.

I would not recommend booking a ticket via "Ticket to India" to friends or family.

I've never written a review, but felt especially compelled to document the awful customer service skills exhibited by these guys. Instead of looking into their systems oversight, they seemed more interested in deflecting blame to the airline and to me, the customer. I'd certainly won't be using this agency again and would advise other passengers to steer clear.

I have used this company many times. However they are part of the myvacations group. The biggest and worst problem about this company is that they do not show any cancellation and change fare rules during booking and therefore charge you what they feel like at the time of change or cancellation which is the highest fee out of all travel agencies online. The customer services manager is not help "Nick Clout" and that is not his real name as his workers pointed out. So does not seem like a genuine company. Will never use these again as their charge fee to cancel for 80% of my ticket value. At the time of booking they were telling me alot less.

Awful customer service, first time and last using them again. Cost a lot just to change/cancel flights ticket. Should have used skyscanner like I always do. Would cost 2time more the flight price to cancel or change flight.

Awful and unprofessional customer service.
They give you the wrong advice which makes you pay more.
Will never use them again and I don’t recommend at them all.
