Fantastic Customer Service.
Very friendly and helpful over the phone. When arriving to collect the car I was served straight away, no waiting around. Car presented in a very good clean condition. Everything explained to me in a simple easy to understand way. Happy to recommend and use again.

I have been hiring from the Doncaster branch for over 2 years. Where do I start. On arrival, the staff are friendly and helpful. They deal with the hire in a quick and timely manner. They ensure that any questions are fully explained and will explain the layout of the car if requested.
On return they have never left me waiting around to hand back the car. They are fair in their inspection and I would highly recommend the Doncaster branch

FANTASTIC SERVICE EVERYTIME.
When I book a hire car Thrifty Doncaster are my go to, ring them up any problems are sorted ASAP, the office staff are fantastic.
All the car's are top notch, I've never had a bad car. They arrive when requested and are clean and the lads will help you if you've never driven the delivered vehicle before.
The delivery lads are assets to the Thrifty brand. Always friendly, I can't say enough how the Doncaster branch ALL do to make sure I am happy with my hired vehicle.

Received a courtesy car via Thrifty Doncaster several times whilst warantee work was undertaken on my car. Friendly and courteous staff with a can-do and common sense approach made the experience easy and very convenient, they were happy to arrange pick up and drop off when required. Should I need a hire car in the future I would definitely call them first.

Had a great hassle free experience with Thrifty, through their manager Stephanie.

I was a little hesitant to give my details over the phone, and was asking lots of questions, but Stephanie took the time to patiently explain their processes and put my mind at ease.
Had a fabulous car, delivered at full fuel. Full damage report was relayed on delivery, and again on collection. Very professional service throughout my rental period.

Would definitely recommend to family members and friends. Thanks again Stephanie!
