Brilliant fun with the kids and my wife. We loved the time jumping off stuff, falling over, swinging on things.

I have deducted one star for three reasons:
1. It’s not clear where to go or what to do when you arrive, so you risk losing time.
2. I have loved something even bigger to jump off. I guess they are limited by water depth.
3. There were two staff at the desk and we had to wait for 5 minutes while they answered a potential customer’s question between them.

I'd like to start by saying that it's challenging for me to make direct comparisons with other water parks, as the only one I've visited before was a significantly larger park in Thailand. However, I can share my thoughts on our experience at this particular park.

Pros:
- Ample Parking: There's plenty of parking available, which made arriving and leaving the park convenient.
- Friendly Staff: The staff were welcoming and courteous, which added to the overall positive vibe of the day.
- Wetsuit Rentals: It's great that you can rent wetsuits, which is a nice touch for those who need them.

Areas for Improvement:
- Inflatable Maintenance: The maintenance of the inflatables left much to be desired. We noticed that at least five different elements were partially deflated, and some areas were missing handholds, which affected the overall experience.
- Cleanliness Issues: We participated in the session that started at 11 am, likely the first of the day. Unfortunately, the inflatables were covered in geese droppings, which the staff seemed to overlook as they mostly sat around looking bored. While one staff member made an attempt to clean toward the end of the session, it was too little, too late.
- Staff Presence on Inflatables: Another odd aspect was that the staff occupied some of the inflatables themselves. Given the park's size, this reduced the space available for visitors and limited access to some areas.
- Crowd Management: The park is divided into two areas, and you get 30 minutes in each. I would recommend splitting the group into two so that each area is used more efficiently, reducing wait times. As it stands, queues formed, and we often had to wait 2-5 minutes before accessing certain elements.

Overall:
We had a positive experience, but there are several areas where improvements could significantly enhance the experience for future visitors.

This is a fantastic place. They had water skiing, wake boarding and inflatable rafts to play on. My son attended a birthday party there. The session lasted for 4 hours. My son was buzzing with excitement after the party. He had a wonderful time!!

My lil nephew had such an amazing time here he didn’t want to leave! He joined the Kids Club for 2 hours in the morning where he did wakeboarding and inflatable dinghy rides. Then in the afternoon he went on the Aqua Park (inflatable obstacle course). He made some friends who were there for Summer camp, and they really looked after him. The staff members were brilliant and Rob (one of the team members with Summer camp) gave my nephew an extra 30 minutes to stay and play with his new friends. Will definitely be back again soon!

Fantastic place, really chilled atmosphere and the staff are all very friendly/helpful (especially Charlotte and Henry!) I had a great evening wakeboarding and on a separate occasion have taken my daughter to the Aqua Park which she loved! 🥰 Thank you Thorpe Lakes 🩵🌊

Had a fantastic day out on a sunny weekend. Kids had fun time in Aqua park and little ones enjoyed their time in sand. It was a great picnic with family and friends. I would highly recommend it but make sure to book the event online well in advance.

Amazing experience for the kids! 2 different sections, so worth it, you get an hour session with 30 mins on each section. Benches to watch from. Also have other activities such as wake boarding which was great to watch with our picnic!
