We booked a tour to Sri Lanka with G adventures through Thompson's travel. We wanted something a bit different - a small group. There was ten of us plus our guideThila. It was fantastic. We got to visit tea plantations, spice plantations, temples, most scenic train journey Jeep safari and had fabulous local cuisine. We ended our trip with a couple of days at a lovey beach hotel to relax. When we realised there was a problem with our transfers at the end of our tour we emailed Thompson’s and they replied promptly and sorted the issue. I can only say the service from all the staff at Thompson’s was first class and would highly recommend them. We certainly will be booking through them for future trips.

Thanks to Thompson Travel... my husband and I are just back from a long awaited trip to USA ... we booked a cruise with Thompson Travel nearly 4 years ago for it to be put back due to COVID until Boxing Day ... was it worth the wait and a bit of inconvenience filling out forms, getting tests, wearing masks on flight and in ports, etc?... absolutely 💯%. Jason was just brilliant in reassuring us and helping us out with everything we needed to do before travel and what we needed to do during and after our trip. We absolutely loved every minute of our time in Fort Lauderdale and our cruise. The cruise felt very safe as everyone was vaccinated and had to be tested within 2 days before the cruise. We had an absolute blast and can't wait until our next trip in April, also booked nearly 4 years ago. The biggest difference on the ship was being served your food in the buffet restaurant which, in my opinion, is far better anyway. I would definitely say if you are thinking about going on holiday to USA, or on a cruise, and are anxious or worried, just do it... I will not be so anxious myself next time now I have done it ... thank you Jason for all your help. By the way Celebrity Apex is an amazing ship... best we've been on so far. What an amazing ship to spend new year... Next trip here we come... Happy New year...

Just know that once you pay these guys, you are on your own. The reason I asked for their help was to make my trip smooth, otherwise 70% of the arrangements and booking were directly done by myself, I just asked them to help with a Cappadocia trip while I'm in turkey. 1. I received document while encounter
2. I was told I couldn't change flights, which I ended up doing on my own, even though booking through an agency made it a hard process. I had to this twice, without the so called agents help.
3. I asked them to move transfers they didn't.
4. Gave transfers the wrong time from our requested time
5. Saying we have to pay for the 2nd trip because they did not cancel the first one as requested.
6. Canceling the second trip to the airport and making us wait, intentionally causing us to he late for our flight.
7. They never came back to us, they just canceled with the transport company and left us stranded.

A brilliant experience from beginning to end. Appreciated the regular communication and dealing with any query we threw at them was dealt with immediately. When our flight was cancelled due to strikes Laura immediately had another flight already in place for us. We had an amazing holiday of a lifetime. Will definitely use for future trips.

My wife and I booked a flight from Dublin to Ottawa with Thompson Travel. We experienced difficulties with a connection flight in Toronto airport. The problem could not have been foreseen. The team at Thompsons sorted everything in an efficient and professional manner. Not sure what we would have done had we booked online. Excellent service.

With it being such a big trip they gave us an incredible deal that we never could have found when we tried ourselves. First class service! We booked our first cruise through Thompson Travel International. Jason was very knowledgeable and gave us loads of helpful information about the ship, staterooms, drinks packages and shore excursions. It was a great experience from start to finish. We really enjoyed the cruise and have booked another one for next year.

I booked with Thompson Travel and from start to finish they made sure everything was set up for my wife and I.
From getting our tickets, check in at the airport, pickup by private taxi, to the Hotel was everything we were told.
