Beautiful property, great facilities and in the perfect location. The restaurant next door, Storrs Hall was very convenient and good food. We enjoyed the Welcome Pack full of Lake District goodies. A hot tub overlooking the Lake would be good but not essential.The view from our bedroom window.

Absolutely fabulous from booking to sadly leaving the beautiful Ashley House! We stayed as a party of 25 ladies for my daughter’s Hen weekend 3rd to 5th March 2023. The house was everything we needed and the kitchen / conservatory being the social point. Everything is well provided for and the administration second to non. Thank you❤️

We have just returned from a fabulous family weekend at Hillside aka the grotto. From placing the booking with wow house , to arrival and departure everything was first class. The house was immaculate, the pool was great fun for our grandchildren and it was extremely sociable for all 19 of us to be together to celebrate our family Christmas. Would definitely recommend this property for family get together

We really enjoyed out stay at Edgar house. The house itself was just incredible, everything had been well thought out, there were no faults throughout the whole house. The welcome received by Caroline upon arrival was also a great touch, and added to the wow factor.
The decor throughout the house made the stay feel completely luxurious. And the additions in every bedroom like the safe and ironing board for every room was a great touch. In general we feel like the photos almost don't do Edgar house justice! The photos online are a great snippet of what is to come, but upon arriving we were so impressed to see how grand the house was. Especially the bedrooms, we did not expect the size of each room & the bathrooms! The house was perfect.
The garden was so well equipped with plenty of seating and quiet breakout spaces. The views in from the balcony and even just the garden wall were truly breathtaking.
We would definitely recommend the house to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Chester. The location as also perfect. 10/10.

The house is just amazing! It really is WOW! Great facilities for children too. We were 6 adults and 5 children ranging from 14-3 and we didn’t need to leave the property at all to keep everyone entertained.

The most awful company I have ever encountered. the house was dirty , considering we are in COVID days you would hope they will be more thorough!
The agency does not respond, the toilet over flooded, the bed made my kids itch for days , the zip wire is a death trap, the whole experience was a nightmare. I can go on and on but my photographed will summarise it all.willow house or braywood house was a disaster to rent .

Stayed at Primrose Cottage over Christmas 2024 - the property was wonderful, decorated with a beautiful tree and was very well appointed. Had a thoroughly wonderful time and would definitely return.
