Rooms were very small, but nice. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping did a great job over-all but the bathroom could’ve used a little more attention. We did find an insect in our room (green garden insect, nothing gross or unsettling), and we asked the staff to take care of it, which they did promptly. Location is not too bad if you don’t mind a good walk. View was not great. Closest underground station was 6 minutes away but had very limited reach. Other stops were 11-16 minutes away.

We had a truly exceptional experience at the Westminster Hilton in London. The hotel is ideally located in a lovely neighborhood within easy walking distance of many of the city’s iconic sites. The rooms are upscale, modern, impeccably clean, and tastefully appointed with simple yet thoughtful amenities that made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The concierge table very helpful enabling us to find our bearings in proximity to historic sites. And the front desk was always helpful for other tasks and amenities.

We dined twice at the hotel’s first-floor restaurant and were fortunate to be served both times by George. George is a standout professional...gracious, knowledgeable, and attentive without being overbearing. He guided us through the menu with expert aplomb, offering thoughtful suggestions that turned out to be spot on. Always wearing a warm smile and carrying himself with the kind of poise that speaks to true hospitality, George elevated our dining experience both nights.

Bravo to the concierge desk , George and to the Westminster Hilton team. Your service and hospitality made our stay memorable and we look forward to returning!

The location makes this hotel really a great choice. Rooms are decent not too huge but very comfortable. Walking distance from the Big Ben and London eye location. There is also a bus stand outside the hotel which made it very convenient to go to Westminster, Piccadilly, Oxford Street area. I think due to the hotel location we had the most amazing stay in London.

I stayed at The Westminster London while I was down there for business meetings and had a fantastic experience. The location is ideal, close to everything yet set back enough to offer a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

The staff were incredibly professional and helpful throughout my stay. I also worked remotely from the hotel, and the WiFi was fast and reliable. There were plenty of quiet spaces where I could take calls and get work done comfortably.

The room was modern, clean, and well equipped. The overall feel of the hotel was stylish and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in London for either business or leisure.

I stayed in the hotel about 3 days ago. The check in was smooth (very nice lady with dark long hair - she is the supervisor) and we got a room with a beautiful room. The breakfast was nice it would be better if there were more options but still, really nice. Also, the head of the concierge (tall guy - sorry I could not remember the names) was amazing. I work in the big hotel industry (same standards as Hilton hotels) as a front desk agent and found his approach to the guests as the model of service for everyone. 10/10 recommend it is close to the metro and historical sights.

This place unfortunately isn’t what it used to be. My wife and I stayed here twice in the past month, and both experiences left us disappointed.

On our first stay, I woke up with bed bug bites. One of the managers, Babar, reached out and claimed the hotel had been inspected and certified safe. When I asked for a copy of the certification, I never heard back. That alone tells me everything I need to know.

On our second visit, the problems continued. We were suddenly charged £16 for a random fee tied to booking with points. The staff member said he would confirm with his manager before processing the charge and call our room with an explanation—but instead, he never followed up and just went ahead and billed us. Strangely enough, on our first reservation (also booked with points), this fee didn’t exist. To make things worse, the points at this hotel don’t stretch nearly as far anymore. Last year we booked the same room for 40k points; now it’s 65k. Even loyalty points have inflated here.

The only positive is the location, though even that isn’t perfect. If you’re traveling to or from the airport by train, expect a 17-minute walk with your luggage, which is not ideal.

Between the lack of cleanliness, the poor customer service, and the hidden fees, I can’t recommend this hotel anymore. Look for another option in London that values guests and maintains higher standards.

Nice place to stay near major attractions the location is perfect. Taxi (s) are fast and readily available. The staff is great and knowledgeable of the local restaurants. Skip the breakfast was a let down for a Hilton Hotel. Happy hour was a plus.

Upon arrival I am very disappointed with the receptionist team at The Westminster. While the concierge team were absolutely lovely, welcoming, and accommodating, the reception staff were the complete opposite.

When I arrived, instead of receiving a warm welcome, I was met with rudeness and unfriendly behaviour. At check-in, when asked for payment, I explained that my purse was in my bag. Rather than showing any patience or courtesy, the man at reception simply pointed towards the concierge. To make matters worse, there were three receptionists watching us check in, yet not one offered a smile, a greeting, or any helpful communication just cold, uncomfortable stares.

I have stayed at many Hilton properties before and always experienced friendly, professional staff, which makes this experience even more disappointing. The lack of hospitality at reception left a very negative first impression and did not reflect the high standards I expect from Hilton.
