One of the finest two weeks of my life. A stunningly beautiful place. Towering mountains, verdant greens, brightly coloured flowers. The air is sublime. I went on the Monastery Tour, and got to witness wonderful ceremonies, with beautiful music. It's the type of holiday that divides life into 'before I went to Nepal' and 'after I went to Nepal'. I felt a renewed sense of vigour and joy on returning... xx

We had a truly wonderful time on our trek in Bhutan, and the Walking and Climbing Company really looked after us throughout. All the travel arrangements were faultless, and we had excellent accommodation and food. Our trek was fantastic, as we were with a great local team, led by a professional guide who knew the trek terrain, and indeed all aspects of his country, inside out. As with all the Walking and Climbing trips I have been on, this was an opportunity to really get to the know the people and the culture from the inside. When trekking in Nepal, Bhutan or Tibet I wouldn’t go with anyone else!
