Truly awful customer service! Had my mobile home booked in for MOT, they changed the time without notifying me, and then gave my slot away!!! Told to wait around…. After about an hour, told by the MOT tester that there was no way I would be tested that day. Told that they would ‘try’ to get me in in 5 days time!!! No apology, no explanation, no offer of refund! If this is the level of customer service for MOT bookings…. I would dread to think of the levels of customer service for their coach travel agency. If thinking of booking , do yourself a favour and stay well clear!

Very dangerous and aggressive driving from one of your drivers on the m25 licence plate BV22 HBE, swerving in and out of lanes without using indicators , decided to drive directly behind our vehicle whilst constantly honking his horn and flashing his lights, then when he passed the side of the vehicle you could observe him aggressively shouting whilst giving the middle finger, this man needs to be off the road immediately as he is indagering himself , his passengers, and everyone on the road.

Liars, will tell you it's 2-3 minutes until the coach gets there even if it hasn't been sent out. Don't use them.

Very rude driver who banged unnecessarily on my car as I was parking in front of his coach this morning in Plymouth and told me in no uncertain terms not to park too close to him. I wasn't going to park too close, I am an advanced driver and know all about the rules of the road and leaving enough space for other vehicles to exit etc. Whilst wearing The Travellers Choice uniform drivers should be aware they are representing the company and be polite and friendly to all. This was not the way to ask someone to move anyway but had he waited for 2 seconds I was about to move forward anyhow. I now have a negative opinion of the company and will not ever look to travel with them in the future. Customer service training needed for this rude man methinks.

Would like to thank Mike (i think that was his name) who was our coach driver to Beamish yesterday (31st July 2023). A very kind and easy to talk to gentleman who made our journey feel safe and comfortable. We will definitely be using Travellers Choice again for future day excursions. Mike, our driver was 100% professional throughout the pick up, drop-off, journey and travel back home. Nothing was of too much trouble for him and he is a true credit to the business. Hopefully we can have you as our driver in the future 🙂

Collected from a wedding Friday 8/9/23. The wedding finished at midnight and the coach was booked for that time. The driver was aggressive and hostile to everyone, he arrived 20 mins early and told us that he would not wait he was leaving at midnight. He made the DJ d a shout out 20 to 12. Anyone who arrived with a drink in hand ( understandably ) was aggressively told to get rid, there is a way to speak to people. The coach eventually left at 12-10 with a very angry driver at the wheel. It was a happy bus (a children’s bus with smaller seats) it was a football team wedding and they are a bunch of really nice lads. They were all singing and having a good time when the driver pulled over on the side of the road and screamed for them to sit down and that the bus would not move until they did. They all sat but be knelt on his seat and was talking to the group behind at this point the driver slammed his breaks on the lady to the left of me hit her face on the seat in-front seat of her. The sun of the aim of the slam was to make the guy facing the other way fall. Utterly appalling behaviour, in my opinion had the group of guys on the bus had been an angry fiery bunch then this could have turned into a very hostile situation. I have never written a review but felt (as a none drinker) that I witnessed something that could have potentially turned out very differently, By means of a serious injury or a volatile angry response to a man that in my opinion demonstrated zero skills when dealing with people who had been out on a celebration. Shocking behaviour by the most aggressive miserable man ever
