Just returned from a magical holiday in Iceland and wanted to say a big thank you to Alice and Scott.
Booked through Jet 2 and stayed at the Center Plaza.
They listened to my concerns and what I wanted to see and helped me book the trips independently to Sky Lagoon, Golden Circle and the South of the Island. Nothing was to much trouble.
Hotel central and bus stops within easy walking distance.
It couldn't have gone better.
Plus we saw the Northern Lights!
This is the second holiday I have booked through the store. First to Riva del Garda earlier in the year. Equally as good.
I will definitely be back!!

We have just come home from a trip to Vienna booked by The Travel Store. I booked it as a surprise gift for my husband. The team was so very helpful, from discussing all options to being discreet when we were both in store. Can not recommend highly enough.
Also Vienna is a brilliant place to visit, so much to see.

We've just come back from a city break in Venice, which we booked through The Travel Store. Booking was super easy and Scott was there every step of way to help with any queries. He even offered to complete our online check-in!
Flights were great with Jet2. The hotel was perfect for us. Right in the centre of Venice the location couldn't have been better. Clean and comfortable with a free safe deposit box and fridge. The deal included breakfast where we sat right next to the canal with beautiful views of the city. We can't wait to book our next trip. Thank you Scott x

Just back from a great 2 week holiday in Crete recommended by Scott. Scott is knowledgeable, helpful and cannot rate their service high enough. As for a previous comment about Saturday opening it clearly states on their Facebook site appointments only on that day.

The travel store website quotes it is open on a Saturday. Got to the front door and it was closed. Appointment only?! Not sure what it’s all about but to support the high street shops surely you need to be open or they will be lost🤷🏻‍♀️. Nevermind
