Whilst searching on-line for affordable economy flights to Japan I found 'The Travel House' which provided excellent lower prices than the airlines. I had difficulty getting the system to accept my credit card but Stella Sampson in their sales team quickly resolved that and answered a few other queries at the same time. She said the tickets may take 24 hours to come through my email but I received them within a few hours. It is then very easy to use the flight booking reference to check flight booking confirmation directly with the airline and book your seats on the airline website. I found the team to be friendly, helpful and very efficient and I would use The Travel House again!

My experience with The Travel House was great. The tickets were purchased last minute, and some changes were required, for which I received excellent help from Mr. Steven. Not only was he able to find me better options for departure, but he also upgraded my flight.

I was looking for flights to orlando and struggling to find them at the right prices. I contacted the Travel House and luckily fell into the most capable hands of Ronny. He looked for a couple of hours and managed to get me the flights i wanted at a great price on the exact dates i wanted. He communicated to me throughout and was on hand to answer any questions. Didn't receive a confirmation email originally, but once I emailed them this was dealt with promptly.
Very helpful and friendly service, had an issue with flights being rescheduled by the airline, The Travel House made me aware of this promptly and found me more convenient flight times for no additional cost. The person I spoke to on the phone 'Simon' was very friendly and helpful.

While helping my mum get to and from the states, we dealt with many delayed flights and cancellations with the airline we booked with.

When travelling to the states, they did inform us on the changed schedule which was helpful and they kept us up to date on the changed flight.

However, in travelling back home, it was a different issue.

The flight was delayed more than 24hrs without any updates on the next flight. When calling to see how we could be helped, the man in customer service was minimally helpful and was not friendly at all. In such a stressful situation, he was cold and unsympathetic. I had to probe and ask for help rather than him being eager to offer any options or updates. I was calm and respectful the entire call. Overall it was bad service. He even cut the phone without saying goodbye after I thanked him for his help (despite him doing nothing). It was disappointing. Made a stressful situation worse.
