What a terrible customer service! Never will use this travel agency again!
They all have fake names, one minute you're speaking to Alan, the next minute you're speaking to Sebi, then John, although it sounds like the same person. Their calls are not recorded. They make you agree on things quickly whilst on phone with them. They say one thing on the phone, but totally different thing on emails. They shouldn't be allowed to trade at all! Big red flag, especially for vulnerable people.

Dealing with the loss of a loved one, Paul Wilson looked after my travel needs well. Other family members decided they needed travel as well and this was no problem at all. We all got on the same flights, travelled with a major airline and considering the time scale we felt we had the one of, if not the lowest price available. I'm happy to recommend them.

DO NOT USE!!! Alan smith is a fake name they all have fake names they take your booking make you pay then don’t send you tickets instead they lie and say they have no flights going ahead and you’ll have to choose an alternative which is a hell of a lot cheaper than what you’ve paid for and when confronted they proceeed to threaten and refuse your money back! Finally got my money back after fighting for A month don’t be fooled by them they literally will do anything to take your money AVOID like the plague

It's basically a con.
The prices are cheap because your ticket is not guaranteed - they are offering a "cancellation ticket" and they won't confirm your ticket until 1 week before the flight or they give you a refund (minus the deposit) and no ticket.
