AVOID!! My order said 2-3 days delivery. Nothing arrived, tried emailing but received no response. Tried calling the number provided but no answer. Had to go through PayPal to get a refund. Total waste of time!

Order placed In December 2023 (today is February 2024) heard nothing from them other than the auto emails saying order will be with me in 2-4 working days. Heard nothing so in January 2024 I emailed them asking for a refund. Still no reply.
Raised a charge back with my bank and then within two days had an email asking for me to cancel charge back and today I have received the goods. Even though when they emailed me I told them I would t cancel charge back. Avoid avoid avoid. Complete joke.

Well, considering that I ordered two lithium batteries four days ago and paid a third of the price on top for delivery.. which haven't arrived.. wish I'd read the reviews..sorry guys but you haven't got your act together, maybe use a different delivery service? Ebay next time

I advise against and warn you, stay away from them.

Order placed in December 2023. By mid-February I had received nothing from them other than automated emails saying it was "paid" and the order would be with me in 2-4 working days.

I received nothing and my order was still listed on their website as paid but 'not fulfilled'. In January 2024, I sent them two emails requesting information. They did not reply to either! They did not answer the phone or return my calls!

Outraged, I sent them a third e-mail stating that I would report the chargeback to my bank.

The very next day, on their website, my order changed to "fulfilled" and I got a link to track the shipment. It still took them over a week to get the parcel to the post office - they probably have a very long way to go!

I finally received the parcel on 29 February!

Avoid, avoid, avoid. It's a waste of your nerves.

Please avoid this store. Save your time, energy and money. I tried to purchase an item they advertised as ‘in stock’ and never got anywhere. After confirmation of my order I wait a week and receive no disapatch details. So I had to contact DLS as they hadn’t informed me of any delays. Response I get - ‘we had to get one in from supplier, but should be sent to you this week’….A week later no dispatch details and zero communication from DLS so I reached out again… this time ‘we still haven’t received it from supplier, I will contact them again’… another week and half later - nothing. So I contact DLS again and have to wait 2 days for a response just to say we haven’t got it we can issue you a refund…. Great! so after nearly a month of you taking my money, zero communication initiated from your side I am left with a few days to try and find this equipment before a dive trip. If you could have been honest from the very start, informed me that your web-sight was incorrect and the item was not in stock I would have ordered else where or initiated the refund earlier. Quite possibly some of the worst customer service dept or lack of one. Working days are Tuesday-Thursday. So good luck trying to get a response on any day other then these.

As previously said. Stay away. Use mikes dive store or DIR Direct.

Had placed an order over for a week now. Payment was confirmed that's it. Silence. Like the experience of others, I've reached out through different communications channels. Dive Life Store made no attempts to reply and even acknowledge the messages.
