We've literally just got home from our 7 night stay at the Salty Air Retreat and what a fantastic time we all had! The caravan is absolutely gorgeous, from the beautiful decor to the extremely comfy beds (which we needed after our long nights at the disco)
The kids have had so much fun swimming, doing activities and going to the beach. It's also been lovely to relax on the wrap around decking between our trips out.. the views are amazing and it's so peaceful where the caravan is situated ?
The caravan is extremely well equipped for self catering with the added bonus of WiFi, a smart TV and bluetooth speakers in the ceiling! We've thoroughly enjoyed our stay this week and we're hoping to return again in the near future.

Dates of stay: 19th - 21st July

Our first visit to the Salty Air Retreat, and what a gem! From the moment you arrive, the friendly security guard welcomes you warmly. Upon entering the caravan, we were greeted with a welcome boat filled with goodies.

The views are breathtaking and the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful.
The walk to Hunmanby Gap, back across the beach and up to the caravan park was delightful, especially enjoyed by our two dogs.

We had a delicious lunch at The Farrier in Cayton, just a 15-minute drive away. The homemade food was of excellent quality.

Dining al fresco on the balcony while listening to music from the nearby festival added to the charm of our stay.

Overall, the Salty Air Retreat is a clean, well-equipped, and relaxing place to be. Highly recommend!

A beautiful, homely, accommodating caravan perfect for all ages. The sea view is gorgeous, the owner Mel is lovely and we would definitely only come here now everytime we visit Filey. Thankyou for having us again this year, we have loved it. X

We all had a lovely family weekend away in your fab caravan. It is in a great location with gorgeous views. Lovely decked outside area to eat outdoors, perfect place to watch the sun go down.
Your caravan is all that we needed, cosy, very comfortable and cleaned to a high standard. The facilities provided were beyond what we expected, from providing salt and pepper, to a sandwich toaster and air fryer.
Mel was available, any time to answer any questions we may have had!

We love Reighton Sands, have been many times but booking this privately owned beautiful homely caravan just made it so perfect and so lovely they allowed our dogs too. So nice to get super comfy caravan mattresses and every gadget you could possibly need for a wonderful stay. We loved lying on the comfy rattan furniture in the sun with a glass of fizz looking at the awesome view. Thank you Mel and Paul for letting us stay, we’ll definitely be back xx

Just come back from this beautiful caravan with beautiful views, great place to stay with lots to do along the east coast and on site. The caravan was beautiful, warm, clean and very welcoming. Mel is great and was very helpful with anything we needed. The caravan has some great home from home touches that most caravans don't have like an air fryer, hand towels, blankets, games and more. The beds are so comfy and we all slept great after our long walks along the beach which is very close by. I would totally recommend this caravan and will be returning soon.

Just got back from a fantastic weekend with friends!
The Salty Air Retreat is a beautiful caravan that is spotlessly clean and has the comfiest beds. It is in a prime location, with great sea views to enjoy from the comfort of the large outdoor seating area. The attention to detail and the welcome gifts made our stay extra special.
The site has everything you could want for a getaway, from peaceful walks on the beach to a jam packed entertainment programme, there's something to suit everyone.

Our first time at the Salty Air Retreat and it’s fantastic.The caravan is immaculate and in a great spot with lovely views overlooking the sea.I would have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone who wants the experience of a nice relaxing break with the options of all the amenities of the site and access to a quite wonderful beach.You won’t be disappointed.
