An excellent place for young children. We went mid week and we didn’t have to queue. We were greeted by an amazing elf and mrs clause who were lovely and made the experience magical from the start. Santa was excellent with a brilliant present. We then went through the grotto which was lovely and my daughter loved. We then got to the village and fed the reindeer. They were very friendly. There was lamas, goats and sheep too. Lots of photo opportunities though out. Fake snow, bouncy castle, make reindeer food and a small soft play. The staff were amazing daughters favourite part of as dancing with 2 lovely elves on the stage. Her day was made thank you everyone. It was brilliant.

I took my 4yo grandson to visit in November. It was a truly excellent venue, and we spent about 4 hours there. My grandson enjoyed it so much that he didn't want to leave. Santa was excellent but a little shocked when my grandson requested an Aston Martin for Xmas. Well worth the entrance fee. I would recommend a visit.

Always a great experience, very friendly staff. Santa is always good, and the hot drink with free mince pie is a must as you keep the cup.

Santa was amazing with the children! The deer were so real - a wonderful experience seeing them and their antlers up close. Fascinating creatures. Thank you for the experience 😊

Abouslty fantastic place staff are brilliant, after a horrible breakdown on the way my tickets was changed without hassle and staff was extremely nice. Pricing of photos and in the shop are great and cheap not like other place where everything’s overly priced will definitely return to other events. From t start to finish all my sons was s at ing is oh wow. So 5 stars from us. Until next time

Amazing place, staff were fantastic, we took our 3 children 2 of which are young with autism, the staff were so helpful and understanding as was father Xmas, they loved playing in the barn and dancing on the stage. Best place we have visited for Xmas and will definitely be returning as the children just loved it. And our daughter got to feed the reindeer which was how comes we chose to come here, didn't know what to expect but it really was great.

Brilliant day out for the whole family. Plenty to see and do for everyone. Meeting and feeding the reindeers was fantastic. Whilst the venue is a little tired and there was a queue for visiting Father Christmas, the smiles were worth it. The free mince pies for adults and gifts for the little one was much appreciated. We also paid to make our professional photo into a snow globe for a bit of fun. Very reasonable cost overall. Wrap up warm as it’s chilly!
