The Park Lane Group is fantastic! I have rented a property from them for a year and I cannot recommend them highly enough! The house was new, well decorated, modern and stylish. With plenty of space to turn it into a home. Mark is excellent, he is extremely professional and since the first viewing of the property, until the end of the tenancy he has always been very reasonable and kind. Communication in particular is excellent, emails are usually answered the same day and if not, the following day! Everything was well explained and I was well informed of planned inspections and visits. When the time came to inform Mark we would be ending the tenancy, he was fantastic and ensured he fitted viewings around us to suit our needs. The check out process was quick, simple and very fair. If you are looking to rent a property and want to live in a well looked after property, in great locations with excellent landlords, look no further than The Park Lane Group!

Arrived UK in July, been working hard looking for a decent and reasonable price property everyday hour and minute, checking Rightmove for new rental house is my everyday task. ParkLane rental ads always gone fast and need to wait for the next round, because the houses are new build, well designed, equipped kitchen, large windows and managed well inside the estate. Luckily found their ad in an early morning so immediately request for viewing. Prompt feedback and arrangements. The actual house is 95% as same as the ad, nice meet the Lettings Manager Mr. Mark Nash who have been super helpful and professional in the next two months even after I moved in. Decided to rent after few minutes of viewing, go into documentation process, Mark always give detail and fast feedback even I have 1000 queries but still like he’s working in front of you and only while I know he’s actually pretty busy. The keys collected smoothly, clear clarification with an user friendly app. Overall well experienced on renting properties wit PLG especially I’m new to UK, not familiar to everything, a professional company and service does really helpful.

This has been my very first property purchase. I had always imagined it being a very difficult and daunting experience! That being said, it wasn't easy. but with PLG (park lane group) they made it as straightforward as possible! Especially with Lucinda's help 😊 she was always there to answer my emails and help male everything go a smoothly as possible. This is only my first day in my property, but I can say the finished product is beautifully presented and I can't wait to get this house into a home 😊 I would definitely recommend them! Super friendly, helpful and speedy on responding! I do not regret putting my trust in their hands! Highly recommend to anyone that wants to buy their first home like me.

I had a very frustrating experience with PLG and their aftersales service.

The issues i faced with the quality of workmanship, materials, and customer support have taken a significant toll on myself and my family and I was left very disappointed when a company prioritises speed of the build over quality, especially when it comes to something as important as your home.

My review is to highlight several critical areas that PLG need to address, including:

1. Quality of Workmanship: The numerous snags and issues that I encountered point to a lack of attention to detail and quality control during the construction process. PLG utilises external tradespeople which their workmanship did not meet quality standards.
PLG failed to seek any customer feedback regarding the quality of the work performed, nor did they conduct their own quality checks. As a result, I had to address and rectify the issues myself.

2. After-Sales Support: Slow response times and unprofessional communication from the after sales team which exacerbated an already stressful situation. I feel It's essential for companies to show empathy and take responsibility for their quality of work.

3. Customer Experience: It seems that once the sale is completed, the focus shifts away from customer satisfaction. This left me feeling abandoned and frustrated.

4. Limited addition options: The lack of flexibility in home customization was disappointing if your looking to make your home unique e.g upgrades.

5: Expectations: view other PLG sites for a real reflection of finish not PLG property brochures e.g parking bays and tight road spaces, some cars bays to park on stones.
I also feel It’s essential for potential buyers to get a realistic view of what to expect.

To conclude: My experience is once you have completed and moved in, your on your own to battle with them to get your home resolved to a satisfactory level, but some of it at your own cost.

Rating: I give 1 star to the sales staff who are fabulous and 1 star for sales progression and support.
PLG let themselves down regarding the quality of build and after sales service.

We have just recently moved into our new house through Park Lane and are beyond impressed. Mark and Zoe have been incredible and were amazing at answering questions and keeping us in the loop from start to finish. Really appreciate Mark and Zoe's help and their fast response times, and how down to Earth they are - everything has been a breeze.

Such a smooth & easy transition to rent with Park Lane Group, everything is covered from start to finish & even the smallest of questions are given the greatest detail. We dealt directly with Mark who was responsive & professional at all times, he was approachable & gave us a great start in our new home. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to rent or buy.

Mark and Zoe are absolute time wasters, they waste peoples time over and over, asking for personal documents when they have no intention of actually going forward, asking for credit card statements, bank statements, references, character references, an online application form which takes 30 minutes, asking for balances / screenshot of all banks, savings and on top of that after having disclose all this information they don’t move forward. What they do is waste your time get 5/6 people to apply and just go with whatever is first, they are your typical clown outfit of an estate agency and just to note all this was for a rented property we had to disclose more info and provide more information than when we applied for a mortgage. Do not use this agency as from speaking to previous tenants they run there property’s like a prison and constantly watch you, random inspections and so on, stay away from ParkLane and the clowns Zoe and Mark.
