Rupa was very polite, kind, excellent, professional and gave amazing advice regarding my postage. Her overall conduct whenever I come into the post office is always warm, welcoming and simply the BEST and A WONDERFUL representation of her character, professionalism and work ethics with the Post Office as a company.

I’ve just spent an hour traveling around different return places to try & return some packages from Amazon to be rejected by their rude staff but gave lodge lane post office & they took all the returns I had no issues and the person behind the counter was very helpful!

I had a wonderful experience at this Post Office! The staff were incredibly helpful and efficient, handling my requests with care and a smile. I went in expecting a bit of a wait, but was pleasantly surprised by how quickly everything was processed. The staff were knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. From sending parcels to getting information about other services, they truly made my visit smooth and hassle-free. A big thank you to the team for their hard work and dedication!

DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE
Guy at the counter is useless, they signed for my package and then claimed it was never delivered there. Absolutely useless if you get stuff delivered here expect yo have yo ho through royal mail to get your money back!!!

I love this post office. From stepping into the wide automatic doors(great for disabled and old people and also re covid) to the nice tall aisles full of good priced items, saving the need to queue at the co op, to the shop
Counter staff with excellent customer service and manners (very rare these days) to finally the post office counters, where either the lovely Saam or the beautiful Mal, greet you, both friendly, efficient, extremely helpful and fun. I actually look forward to having a reason to visit there - keep up the great work

Rude staff who have clearly put forward a business plan to have a post office in their store for some extra commission from Royal Mail. They don’t stick to the opening times they have agreed. Don’t bother going before 9am or after 4:30pm as they will be closed. It isn’t open at all on a Sunday even though it states it’s open 10-4 on the shop window.
