Absolutely incredible service. Fast appointments, blood tests results back with in 24 hours! Not only that the GP was able to solve my issue with a 20 minute consultation despite me being an inpatient in the hospital for a whole week and they couldn’t solve it.

They will now be my GP from now onwards 😊

Amazing experience at Medic Clinic!
It was my first time visiting, and I must say the service and team were fantastic. Dr. Swammy was very helpful and supportive, especially as I wasn’t sure what was wrong with my skin. He recommended the right treatment and made me feel at ease throughout. I also had a HydraFacial done by Teodora, who was absolutely wonderful and exceptionally skilled at her job. Highly recommend!

My first visit to the clinic, from the moment I walked through the door I was made to feel welcomed by the lovely ladies on reception .
They was very busy and I had to wait quite a long time over my appointment time, but the consult GP I saw was so understanding ,he listened and was very kind.
Another appointment made, and no weeks of waiting for the appointment
I was a little upset as I was in a lot of pain but the lovely lady in reception was so kind to me.
This place is 5 star would recommend to anyone.

The receptionist could have cracked a smile and been more friendly. Got asked my name and then asked for payment that’s all. The other medical colleagues could have said hello or goodbye instead they just stare. The only reason this is two stars is because the nurse was great! She was welcoming, smiled, she was efficient and explained everything I needed to know and then gave a nice farewell at the end. Service is everything.

I recently had a HydraFacial treatment and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic.Nora took the time to explain each step of the treatment and answered all my questions.My skin feels incredibly smooth, hydrated, and refreshed. Today we visited the clinic for a blood test for our 4 year old non verbal autistic child. Any test for our son can be very stressful. Upon making the appointment we arranged to ensure there were two consultants present to help calm our son whilst drawing blood. TMC were very professional and balanced with empathy helped soothe our son (and parents) as much as they can throughout the process.
Consultants explained how best to settle our son and throughout the time were very comforting.

Neide was so lovely. She tooke her time assessing me and listened to my concerns. She's knowledgeable and knows her stuff. The compassion was on point and I felt that I was listened to. Dr. Swamy was there for his opinion and he was amazing as well. Gave me prescription for my skin problem. I loved my experience.

My experience at the Medic Clinic was faultless. I contacted them about removing a skin lesion on the side of my nose. I had previously consulted a couple of private hospitals about this issue. One quoted me over 1k without even seeing a picture of the lesion or without a break down of the costs. The other one told me I had to book a consultation with the dermatologist for £250 but they would only remove it if it was causing me psychological distress (!). Luckily I came across the Medic Clinic in Bedford! Dr Swamy is really a wonderful doctor, a mix of excellent medical and interpersonal skills. I felt nervous about the procedure but he managed to put my mind at ease. I also had a tissue biopsy to rule out malignancy and the results came back after just a few days. The aftercare was also excellent. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have skin lesions removed who doesn't/can't travel far and can't wait for months.
