Staff here love their job and you can absolutely tell. When you walk into a Lego store and you feel the energy radiating from the staff. It’s a joy. We stopped in for a Lego passport stamp! Built a quick race car. Checked out the selection! If we had space in our luggage we would have left with more!

I absolutely love this Lego store, me and my boyfriend go at least once a month to get pieces from the brick wall to finally build his Lego city. Absolutely amazing and helpful staff, couldn’t ask for better! The store is always so clean, every section is designed accordingly to the theme! 10/10🌟

A really great store with beautiful displays and friendly welcoming staff. I was very happy and pleased with the customer service provided by Joe who kindly helped my daughter Audrey with picking up and building such a lovely set of Lego minifigures, a nice addition to Audrey’s Lego collection. Highly recommended and we are certainly going to visit this marvellous store again ✨

went here on saturday unsure of what to get and Tom was absolutely amazing. top tier customer service and just straight up lovely!! honestly the best customer service i think i’ve ever experienced! completely knowledgeable in all areas, so kind and chatty, and made great recommendations!! (sorry we didn’t choose any of them ahah😭)

Usually pretty good, But this time i thought i should leave a review. I asked once if a lego set was in stock, as it wasnt on the shelves, but it was in stock on the website, but to my dissapointment, a rude employee completely ignored me once he came out the back, didnt even look at me, just went to chat with other customers.

Really annoying, but the shop is usually good apart from that. Just one rude employee.

A nice little addition to Cabot Circus! I expected it to be bigger inside but the displays are cool and the shelves seemed fully stocked too. The red sign outside is easy to miss so wish they'd have a large minifugure or model outside instead. The staff stand out as really friendly and helpful so I definitely recommend popping in, even if it's for a hit of that childhood nostalgia.

Staff are really friendly and helpful. Good variety here. If you love Jurassic world, harry potter, star wars there is a really good selection at the moment.
