Liked: Everything about the site was first class.
Site staff were so friendly from the minute we got there.
Toilets and shower blocks were exceptionally clean and to a very high standard.
The pitches were a perfect size, even to suit the largest of caravans.
The most quiet and relaxing holiday my wife and I have had in years.
Keep up the excellent work that you are doing, and I will be returning for another break some time soon

Liked: Just returned from a few nights break at The Laurels, what an absolute gem of a site. The booking in was so easy, all the site facilities explained on an information sheet and useful numbers, taxis, supermarkets, takeaways etc. The site itself is spotless. The pitches were spacious and level with plenty of room for the caravan, awning and car. Very well situated for a completely relaxing break out in the countryside but Ingoldmells and Skegness are within easy reach of the site. Generally an amazing site that we shall definitely be returning to. An absolute credit to the owners.

Liked: Excellent pitch it was like having 4 pitches in one, all water and drainage on pitch, just empty toilet, even had my own fishing plot, best site we have ever stayed at, can not folt staff and owners anough. 2 beautiful fishing lakes. Best site I have ever stayed at.

Liked: Lovely clean site. Big lakes to fish on.

10 minute drive to skegness.

Disliked: We were in a tourer. There was only 2 toilets and 2 showers. You had to pay for a shower. I ended up running back to caravan to rinse conditioner off my hair.

There was no washing up facilities.

We were next to a static, ended up turning it around so not facing them.

No shop on site.

Noisy works going on. Sanding, pressure washing. Sometimes I felt like we were next to a work site.

Liked: Beautiful setting in the country, with Ingoldmells a 5 minute drive away.
Very well maintained pitch, we stayed on the grass pitch.
Dog friendly with a nice walk around the perimeter of the site.
Greeted by a lovely staff

Disliked: If I'm going to be picky - it was 50p to use the showers that only lasted 4-5 minutes, had to use a good few 50p to complete my shower but wasn't an issue really

Liked: Great layout by the lake. Very tidy and well manicured grounds. Carol (I think that was her name) who greeted us was lovely.

Toilets and showers very clean.

I would definitely recommend and will be returning.

Liked: The site is well laid out, pitch allocated was very large with plenty of space between each plot, all facilities fairly new and spotless, all within easy walking distance of pitch.
EHU and water supply, staff and other campers all helpful and friendly.
Lovely quiet relaxed site to enjoy a break away.

Liked: Everything. Absolutely 1st class site with everything you need. We went purely to fish, some cracking fish caught all day long. Site itself is immaculate, clean and very well maintained by Nick (I think that’s his name!). Don’t hesitate to book.

Disliked: Not an issue but put a plug in sink in washing up area.
