Pretty awful experience with this agency. Worked with them for a few years, never had any real issues, then suddenly things stopped for no apparent reason. Tried to explain it with one of the founders, a positive dialogue overall, only to realize some time later they deactivated my profile completely. Very trustworthy indeed :-)) Also, a piece of advice to any prospective customers, you may find it can be much more efficient and better value for money to order translations from agencies based in the countries whose language you're translating to, or directly from qualified translators themselves.

I used The Language Room to translate an educational toolkit into Scottish Gaelic. The Language Room had the promptest service, answered all my questions and provided the translation in multiple forms so that a graphic designer could use it to input text. They even checked the final, designed toolkit for us! Amazing service; highly recommend. Wonderful team to work with as well.
