Professionally run service centre and dealership. Excellent bike people, serviced my 2024 KTM and set it up better than new, thoroughly recommended. I'm a 20 year bike enthusiast so have a little experience in these things, very much appreciated service

A good dealer. You'll pay for the marque servicing, the same as any franchise dealer but they don't take the p!ss. Their mechanics will pinch up loose bolts, mention things you need to look at and the place combines the friendly vibe of an old school bike shop with the professionalism of a franchised dealer. Genuinely helpful and in my experience of the KTM Centre, which involves buying a total of 7 bikes over the years, it's always been a smooth and pleasant process. I've never had a warranty claim, but on a few recalls the service has been fast and effective. My most recent paid experience was an ABS fault on my battered 2016 701 which has had a hard life. Rob, one of the workshop mechanics did a fault check for me (15 mins on the clock) found it was the rear ABS sensor (I could have been told it was a £1200 ABS unit) which was a half hour charge to fit. Rob took the trouble to point out a few things which needed a bit of attention, by me, and told me how to route the sensor if I wanted to do the job myself. So whilst you are paying franchise hourly rates, the attitude is still quite old school local shop. There's always coffee and a friendly welcome, by name.

My first visit but first impressions are really good for me. Friendly, helpful staff and loads of stock (both bikes and gear). Happy to let me throw my leg over a few bikes then take a test ride on the spot. The bike was great and when I got back I wasn’t met with a hard sell, so I’ll go back when the time comes to buy my bike, which will be soon.

Update: Bought my bike from here and was happy with the service from start to finish.

I've been using the KTM Centre in Hemel Hempstead since 2008, and without fail they have always right from the very first visit treated me like someone important, a real customer I guess...

I'm not the most knowledgable petrol head, but have never been made to feel daft, or that I'm asking a stupid question.

Everyone always somehow seems to know your name, you always feel welcome and even when super busy, you'll always get a quick 'be with you in a minute Lee, go get a coffee. And somehow someone always manages to get you laughing even when you've just had your pride and joy stolen.... now that is real skill!

I've had two bikes now from them and wouldn't dream going anywhere else not least cos KTM's are by far the best bikes in the world (well they have so much character AND they work are as reliable as a Honda etc), but just you get the best service, you always feel these guys are pulling out all the stops for you... and I know there are probably cheaper places, but I know I can trust the guys there to give the best advice, not sell me the dearest component, and have more than a few times got me out of a serious pickle.

Even one day turning up with a flat tyre cos I was just a mile from the shop and they dropped everything in the workshop to get me on my way. I've tried that several times in the 33 years of riding bikes at two bike shops and always got, 'can you come back Thursday' when you've pushed a bike 2 miles. And sat outside a bike shop waiting for the AA.....

Really has been in my 35 years of visiting bike shops the best one by miles I've ever been to.

Booked a test ride with them for the Duke 790 and it was absolutely hassle-free. Got the bike on time, a good chat with Jason upon return and he was kind enough to suggest test riding it for the second time and believes that would seal the deal. Nice bunch of lads and needless to say they know their stuff well.

I got HH KTM Centre to carry out an interim service as the dealer I had been using went bust! I asked for the service to be carried out 'early doors' and was told as long as I was there by 0800hrs it would be. They got on with it immediately...I was then shown an issue with the clutch slave cylinder as they always check these as they fail apparently...got that rectified with a 'blingy' orange bit of kit, better quality than the OE. Whilst they serviced my bike, I had thoroughly decent, proper brewed coffee, none of that 'out of a machine' crap. The shop is an Aladdin's Cave and you could spend tonnes of wedge on all sorts of gear. A real 'bike shop' but you are accompanied by 'Cat'...he's Head of Security and keeps you company in case you try to pop a 1290 Super Adventure R into your pocket. There was also some 'classic' stuff on display like a Husqvarna so lots of things to keep you entertained whilst waiting. I'll return.

Second review I’ve ever left I think, but it’s worth it, these guys are phenomenal.
Do not waste your time and money at any other dealer, they go above and beyond with their service… go try it for yourself!
