Arkle is a brilliant cottage with 2 double bedded rooms with en suite.The beds were so comfortable - the bathrooms had lovely towels with white company shampoos etc.The kitchen / sitting area was very adequate for 4 people. There is nothing to dislike about the cottage at all.The estate is immaculately kept and is nice and quiet and within 2 miles of Holt. In short a very excellent place to stay

Our stay at Kelling Estate was just perfect from start to finish. The Stables are beautifully furnished with everything you need & spotlessly clean. With the amazing weather we had we particularly enjoy our gardens. The location is in reach of all the best places to visit in North Norfolk, one favorite of ours was The Holt Garden Centre, the breakfast and service was spot on.
We’re definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful long weekend staying in Frankel on the Kelling Estates. Can thoroughly recommend. The studio was spacious and modern with all we needed for a perfect break. The welcome pack was very appreciated and made extremely welcome by Rachel and Hayley. The location was ideal for visiting Holt and the wonderful Holt Garden Centre, definitely recommend the food in the restaurant. Close by to the coast road to access Wells, Cley and down towards Cromer. We even used the Coast Hopper bus which was very punctual and saved us using the car. Next time we will make sure we plan a trip on the North Norfolk Steam Railway.

Having already stayed previously at Plover House, we thought it would be good to try Tern Place next door and we were not disappointed.
Space and facilities were exactly as expected, well appointed, clean and inviting.
Small touches of a welcome hamper, toiletries and beach towels enhanced the feeling the wish for guests to enjoy everything about their stay.
Even tablets/capsules were provided for washing machine and dish washer.
The boiler room acted as a drying room too.
Each bedroom had TV facilities and if the weather turned chilly, under floor heating kept individual spaces cosey.
Adequate chiller/freezer space with a well equipped kitchen for a large group of 8 adults.
Access and parking was fine and location was perfect.
Certainly will be booking with Kelling Estate again and can recommend without hesitation.
True home fromhome experience.

Stayed in Arkle for 3 day weekend break. Accommodation was excellent, very clean and comfortable with every thing we needed to make our stay a happy one - from the dyson hairdryer to the brilliant sharp kitchen knives and everything in between. Our two dogs were equally well catered for with blankets and treats - a lovely touch. Welcome pack was a thoughtful addition. Beds were comfortable, beautiful linens and towels. Showers in both ensuites were to die for! A truly restful few days, thank you Hayley and team for getting everything right and wish you continued success with Kelling Estate Holiday accommodation. Will definitely book again and have no hesitation in recommending you. Amanda

Excellent holiday at Artists Studio,self catering accommodation, Kelling. Comfortable, clean and well equipped Rural location close to many attractions on the north Norfolk coast.Would recommend Sunday lunch at nearby Holt Garden Center.This was our second stay and would recommend it.

Beautiful Plover house is our holidau home from home.

The layout of the house suits our multi-generation holidays...we found it perfect for our family aged 6 weeks to 96.

We have been thoroughly looked after by the lovely Kelling team.

Couldn't recommend this estate more.

We have just enjoyed another week at Tern Place. This property is tucked away at The Lowes. It is very peaceful and really comfortable. The grounds are immaculate, there’s a tastefully built play area for children and two tennis courts. There is a gorgeous circular walk from the house, the dogs loved it too!! We had a delicious curry and lasagne made by the Estate for two evenings in.. really couldn’t have asked for anymore other than a bit more sunshine.
