Our 4th visit to this hotel Yet again excellent accommodation Good food in the restaurant thought breakfast was basic. I felt the preset service charge although discretionary was unwarranted. I prefer to decide how much I give if any. Bar area is a little compact and it was a good job the weather was fine as a large party in for most of the day. Spa gave excellent service. Hotel staff were also excellent. Breakfast needed more staff. I still prefer silver service for dinner

Had three nights dinner, bed and breakfast at this lovely hotel. ||Fantastic food, and exceptional service. We were incredibly well looked after for the duration of our stay. We needed a relaxing break and the hotel and its fantastic team of staff certainly delivered this. ||My husband used the spa facilities and throughly enjoyed them. ||Location is great for exploring the area and recommend the walk up to the top of Crickley Hill, hard work but take it slow and steady and it’s well worth it, there is a cafe at the top to reward your efforts (alternatively drive up, there is a large car park). ||I’m sorry I’m rubbish with remembering names of the team members but in all honestly every interaction we had was positive and we always felt welcome and nothing was too much trouble. ||A special thank you to James who arranged our accommodation, incredibly kind. Our room was stunning and certainly contributed to making important memories for us. ||If we return to the Cotswolds I wouldn’t hesitate to book this lovely hotel. ||Thank you 🙏🏻

My partner booked Greenway Hotel for my birthday two weeks ago, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! The location is beautiful, and the reception staff were very helpful from the moment we arrived. The housekeeping team also did a fantastic job maintaining hygiene and cleanliness throughout our stay.

A special thanks to Jenne from the Spa and Massage team – she is excellent at her work, very professional, and gave one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She truly made the experience extra special.

Overall, we had a wonderful time, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and great service.

Nearly 4 weeks ago I got married at the Greenway Hotel and Spa. From my first meeting with Elise Fry the Events Manager right the way through to our wedding I felt as though we went through the journey together. Nothing was too much trouble and when I would ask if certain things would be possible I was always told - absolutely - it's your day and we are here to make it happen. Whilst mine was a very small wedding I wanted beautiful flowers, champagne and canapes after the ceremony, to be able to create a tasting menu with the head chef and to have an Irish violinist play. ||I can tell you now, Elise has a lot of contacts in the industry and she recommended the best florist who also went the extra mile in every respect and on the day the flowers exceeded my expectations - they were beautiful. Everyone commented on them and the roses smelled devine. ||Throughout the arrangements (and I live in the Isle of Man - so not exactly around the corner) we emailed and phoned and I honestly felt like I was talking to a friend who really wanted the best for me and to make my day special. ||The night before the wedding I stayed at the hotel with my best friend, Elise organised a large, extremely lovely room with gorgeous views and fabulous bathroom for us both to stay in. When we arrived she met us at the door and showed us our room and she and the staff made sure we had everything we could possibly need.||The day itself went like a dream. I felt like I had 2 best friends looking after me and after the ceremony the sun shone and manager came out to the croquet lawn and poured the champagne for us while staff looked after us with delicious canapes.||A big shout out to Abi the head chef. What a lovely man. Over the telephone he discussed the tasting menu I wanted to create and again, nothing was too much trouble. He made really helpful suggestions and everything was perfect, everyone commented on how beautifully presented and delicious the food was.||I've been fortunate to stay in some well known and gorgeous hotels (with prices to match) around the world but I cannot recommend the Greenway Hotel highly enough. My husband and I wanted to marry in the Cotswolds and we could have picked anywhere but we got very lucky when we decided to visit this Elizabethan gem. Thank you to everyone who made our day the "perfect day".

I took a friend for a special birthday to indulge in the Tea Ceremony Afternoon Tea. It was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish.
The food was just amazing and the service was faultless.
That staff made us feel very welcome and even brought a plate of home made truffles out with a signed iced Happy Birthday at the end.
Lovely touch. Thank you all so much.

We spent two nights at the hotel and we had the most amazing time. The place is very cosy and has so much to offer. Our little doggie loved running around the grounds and chilling in our lovely room. The spa is amazing for such a small hotel; the warm pool, a selection of saunas and steam rooms only added to the luxuries feel of the property. However it’s the service that’s absolutely amazing. Everyone working there is super welcoming and lovely, especially Coleen and Marta. We are definitely coming back 🙂

My husband and I got married at the Greenway Hotel and Spa in the Spring. We had a very intimate ceremony and wedding breakfast in the Panel Room for ourselves and 6 guests.
Elise did a great job with helping us make all the arrangements and making the room look lovely for us, we are very grateful for all her help. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the food was absolutely fantastic. Thank you to everyone who was involved in making our day a special one, we had such an amazing time.

The hotel and grounds are stunning, the perfect backdrop to our special day. The rooms are so luxurious and comfortable, it was such a pleasure for us and our families to stay for two nights. Breakfast was also delicious.

We highly recommend the hotel for both weddings and to stay! We would love to return in the future.

So may great places to stay in Cheltenham, but we chose this place because it sounded somewhat different.
My word it was absolutely outstanding with surrounding views.
The facilities are perfect for a relaxing time.
Staff were attentive when needed. Food amazing.
All the guest seems to be so chilled out. Good sign.
